The reason why I have given this a 4 star rating is because of the length of time that elevator #2 has been down & not repaired. This elevator not working has caused a great big inconvenience for myself & many other residents. If by the time the next review comes up again & the elevator is still not working, you can certainly expect a lower rating! Otherwise, the operation of other aspects to the complex have been fine. it would be 5 stars, when Management would do something about the ones smoking cigarettes, and marijuana in their apartments. It comes through the vents, and its not far to the tenants, who don't choose to indulge.

RENT ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
Apathetic management coupled with rampant pot smoke filling the halls and coming in through the vents in the apartments. FILTHY hallways, roaches EVERYWHERE!!! If you rent here understand you are setting yourself up to live in a dump. Yes the exterior is ok but consider it lipstick on a pig. Rent ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

Nigthmare Waiting to Happen
Don't believe the hype it's not for seniors, because they rent to anyone 18 and above. Major security problems, any pest control is not working. The staff is rude and intimidating as well as unprofessional.

The apartments are beautiful! The staff is great and always on top of things. The amenities are great I love having a fitness center and Library right outside my door.

don't believe their description of the property
Almost as soon as people started moving in, the property began to deteriorate. The swimming pool was only open when the property first opened, and has not been opened since. The halls and especially elevators smell awful, the carpets look greasy-dirty and I saw two piles of dog poop or vomit(?) on the 3rd floor just this week when I went back to visit a friend. The laundry facilities were never completely finished and were closed last time I was there due to poor maintenance. I lived there for the 12 months of my lease then left ASAP. I have never seen such a beautiful new place go to seed so fast. There is not enough time or room here to list the deficits. The photos on the web site must have been taken before anyone ever moved in. Nothing looks like that now, believe me. If you take a tour, be sure and notice how things smell, how dirty things are, that the pool and laundry are not open, and that most people you ask there wish they had never signed a lease. You can get a better apartment cheaper lots of places. Look elsewhere.

Regan, Cassandra, Michelle, Wes, and Brian ::: Over the last two months I have witnessed and been the beneficiary of OUTSTANDING service from all of you !! I've noticed a significant improvement above the exemplary service from Mary and Janette! Michelle provides ever-friendly and outstanding service around the property. Wes, Brian and Michelle always provide very kind, friendly, and reliable service to the resident customers ! They are the primary reason (along with quality service from Regan and Cassandra, that I renewed my Lease. Regan's Staff are indeed a valuable resource and always willing and eager to help the many Residents in need. I encounter Regan, Cassandra, Michelle, Wes, and Brian often outside of my residence and they're ALWAYS working hard. Wes, Michelle, and Brian have graciously allocated their valuable and limited time to address my immediate needs and offer their efforts toward resolution of my two recent requests from me ! Objectively assessing the Staff here at Sansom Pointe, they have generously and efficiently volunteered their valuable time/efforts toward every need that I've (and numerous other Residents) had over the last two years !! Please take to heart that I respect and value your superior, efficient, accurate, and personable management and Cassandra, Michelle, Wes, and Brian's superior support.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible
I highly advise anyone to not live here! Peoples cars get broken into almost every weekend, someone’s truck got stolen, the apartment has security cameras but they don’t actually work. This places tries to sell itself as being a “safe place to live” but it’s far from it. The camera system not working is because the office people are to negligent to make sure the system is actually recording. They all around do not care about the people living here at all. And the fact that they try to say this is a safe place to live is 100% a lie and false advertising, oh and the pool was open for like a month before it was closed down due to paperwork so these people really don’t know how to run an apartment . Save yourself the time and money and sanity and look for somewhere else to live.
