Sanibel Straits

I have lived at Sanibel Straits Apts for 11 months and everyone has been so nice and friendly to me, from the staff members to all the neighbors i have had a chance to meet and i love going to the parties given at the clubhouse by the property management. I enjoy living at this complex, Thanks for all you guys do for us the residents.

Sanibel Straits is a wonderful place to live at! The people that live here are professionals and care for their neighbors. The grounds are kept up beautifully. Fun events at the Straits that everyone has an opportunity to participate. The Staff and Maintenance Team are passionate about their work and want to assist you. Mario, Hannah and Irma, at the front office will take care of anything that you need assistance with. The Maintenance Team, Carlos, Javier and Francisco are hardworking and proficient. These folks can handle plumbing, locks, appliances etc. The Sanibel Straits has a great team from the front office staff to the maintenance staff. Thank you. Chris H.

Sanibel Straits is in an amazing location for my commute to work. And the staff is very helpful and professional.

I love living in Sanibel Straits. The apartments have a great layout and there is a great pool. People of all ages reside here...seniors, families with young children and young adults. If you like dogs, many friendly dogs live here as well.

The hospitality of the office staff is phenomenal. They really walk you through all the details and are very helpful. Very kind and courteous atmosphere makes everything fall into place when you're looking for something like Sanibel Straits to move into. I couldn't ask for a better apartment complex.

My wife and I moved in to Sanibel Straits last year and it was the best decision we’ve made involving housing! Great location, the staff is amazing, and all of the amenities and and social events never leave us with a dull moment!

Make sure you pay attention at the viewing. From afar everything looks amazing. Living here is entirely different. Check the appliances, the drawers, the shower rod, window seals. Even the first day in my apartment. We were heavy into covid and my unit was not cleaned and ready for me. I also don’t have screens on my window. I’m on the 4th floor so I can’t open the window at all or my pet could fall out.

I have spread the word on several occasions about the positive aspects of Sanibel Straits to friends and family looking to relocate or have another vacation rental. And they have come to visit. We own places in other states as well so we come to Sanibel every other month.

Pet friendly was a must for me and this place is above and beyond that. My dog Zoey is in doggy heaven here. I have felt very at home here. People are very friendly, very clean environment. I have lived in apartments before and I wasn't sure I was going to like it because I didn't the first time. This is more than apartments, it's a wonderful community.

the staff has been very helpful through out the leasing and move in process ,answers any and all questions that have come up so we made a smooth transition from owning a home to leasing for the first time

Absolutely LOVE Sanibel Straits! Best apartment community Ive ever lived in! Love my apartment layout, large screened in balcony and very quiet! Also, the wide outside halls are wonderful as you dont feel claustrophobic. Elevators make it possible for me to live on top floor! I love this place. Maintenance issues are resolved extremely quickly and all staff are friendly and kind. Thank you

Our company was looking for a corporate apartment to service Fort Myers and decided on Sanibel Straits. We couldn't be more happy with our decision and highly recommend this property.

Sanibel Straits is definitely a paradise. Their staff, recreational areas and comfort of their apartments are excellent. If someone wants to live comfortable and happy this is the right place for it.

I have been in for nearly a year. The staff, location and pool area are great. The apartment has paper thin walls, cheap fixtures, cheap flooring and low end appliances. They tell you it is luxury - clearly not - just new. They do not do a good job of maintaining buildings general area's, like the dirty hallways from the garbage pickup(when they show up). The coffee machine seems to be out more than available, dont replace bean bags for the cornhole game, remote's missing for TV's and they dont know how to operate them, the grill's need to be fixed and cleaned, and the TV's on the workout machines still don't work. one water fountain in the gym doesnt cool the water - used to have bottled water in the gym, now they dont even collect dirty towels regularly. They put together some fun events for the residents. They charge high rent for an average apartment.

I don't typically write reviews, but after living at multiple apartments over the years and touring almost all the complexes in the Fort Myers area, I know Sanibel is exceptional.I lived at Sanibel Straits and transferred to another Preferred Residential Management Property due to a new job. During my time there the staff were wonderful and the facilities were beautiful. The other commenters noting that Brandon is great are 100% correct. He makes all of the paperwork a breeze and makes sure all of the residents are happy throughout their time there. In my opinion the whole team really cares about their residents and do their best to respond quickly to any comments/work-orders, schedule super fun community events, proactively maintain the facilities, and in my case made transferring to another property easy. If you're on the fence about where to live, do yourself a favor and just drop-by to take a look.

I moved to Sanibel Straits back in January and I can honestly say this was the best decision I have ever made. I was just riding by and decided to stop in. I met with Brandon and he was able to help me move in immediately. He was so experienced and understood why I needed to move. The amazing property setting and Brandon’s unbeliveable personality and experience are the reason I leased at Sanibel and I would do it all over again. Also, Marcella was very helpful every time I came to the office and needed help she was eager to help and really made me feel at home. I love their pool and gym, the equipment and is not only new but I can workout feeling like I’m in a five star place. The team at Sanibel Straits is amazing and I am so glad to know that I found the right place. I can’t wait for many more memories at Sanibel Straits. I love my new home and true friends at Sanibel Straits! Great job guys!

Just moved in over the weekend and I couldn’t be more happier. From the apartment, all the way down to the staff, is just outright amazing! The process was quite quick and I got to chose from a handful of apartments. The perks of living here are also amazing; The location, elevators and a beautiful lake view. I can’t wait to see the end results and to start using the upcoming amenities!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment
