Sandhurst Apartments

The apartment is large in size but appliances are old and outdated. The neighbors are not considerate with the slamming of the doors all day, loud music playing which you can hear everything through the walls because they are thin and with no consideration for their neighbors who may work mid-nights or just in general(complaints have been made to management but nothing has been done thus far). Also cars especially Charger's speeding through the parking lot even with speed bumps placed. There is no designated place for kids to play so they are playing in the hallways which includes running up and down the stairs; because the main doors to enter the buildings are not locked(very unsafe)so anyone can enter at will and even the parking lot. Also the neighbors are constantly throwing trash next to the dumpsters instead of in; which makes the property looks unkept often.

I have lived at Sandhurst Apartments for almost one year now. I did have to wait about 3 months in order to get into a lower apartment but it was well worth that wait (and since I was visiting with family out of the country, not any great inconvenience to me). The apartment was clean when I moved in and I had little to do other than move in my own things. As a senior I was a little concerned about my safety before moving in but have felt very secure during my time here. The size of the apartment is wonderful and I love the layout! I have my own private patio where I have hung potted plants, a hummingbird feeder & wind chimes; in addition to having a small bistro set out there. I love being able to sit in my living room and look out through my patio door-wall. I view it as an extension of my living space. The closets are large and I use my second bedroom one for additional storage. I was somewhat leery initially that I would not have adequate storage for all of my things but have found that I have more than enough! The option of having a stackable laundry unit in my master bath is a huge plus for me! Everything seems to have been designed for my convenience and comfort. I have not had a great need of maintenance but with the handful of issues I have experienced the crew has been friendly, attentive and very quick (usually in less than 24 hours). The office staff has been the same. I have been very happy here so far and have no plans to look elsewhere in the foreseeable future. I would not hesitate to recommend the complex to anyone!

I've been living at the Sandhurst Apartments since April 2019. I absolutely love the space (2 bed, 2 bath) The apartment is also great with attending to any issues that may arise within the apartment. Love the indoor pool for the winter months. The staff is also friendly and helpful. No issues thus far. Thank you!

I've been here for 4 months and it's been cool, the only problem I have is the weird guy upstairs from me. Honestly, the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

So I was showed a model and the apartment I was getting wasn’t available yet so I had to put a $200 holding fee down. When I was showed the apartment I was not impressed at all the corner tops was very old there was mold in the refrigerator. So since I didn’t like it I was out of 200 bucks all bcuz they show the model 1st

I have lived at Sandhurst for many years and I love it here. I have a HUGE two bedroom with two bathrooms and it feels like I live in a house, not an apartment. My rent is reasonable for everything this place has to offer, there is a indoor pool and fitness center which I use mostly in the winter months, so convenient just steps away from my apartment. My neighbors are friendly, the building is really quiet and the hallway is always clean. The Manager Jessica is very nice, I have noticed a lot of positive changes this past year on the property, keep up the good work I see you making a difference! The girls in the office are friendly and they always wave or say hi when they see me. I have only had a few minor maintenance issues throughout the years which is to be expected anywhere you live, Bill and Jesse are great. Thank you Sandhurst for providing me a fantastic place for all of these years!!!! LS

This complex is very affordable, the staff is very nice and will help however they can, and the indoor pool is great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We have lived at Sandhurst for 2 years now and it’s amazing! We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The rooms are spacious the kitchen is a great size but the fridge could be a little bigger. We love the walk in closets. Neighbors are quiet. Location is great. They keep up with maintenance. Workers are friendly and easy to work with. The club house and laundry room are kept clean and have reasonable hours. We definitely recommend living at Sandhurst Apartments!

I filled out a application Met all the credentials i get a call a day later saying i was denied credit wasn't ran or anything so i continue my search apply for another apartment under the same management company credit is ran and im approved something very fishy with this place same management company mean same systems as far as being approved i really liked the place too So be aware if you apply n get turned down with really no reason to why!!!!

This place does not care about residents. It is more worried about the bottom line. Don't bother moving here. It's waste of time. They look good but beware.

Maintenance and management are good. The groundskeepers are very good, the apartments are large and spacious.

I've haven't lived here but my family currently resides. I love this place rooms are spacious community is every quite and nice quiet area. The quality a of the apartment is amazing. I love the pool and laundry room, just because it's so much better than my resent home. I'm looking to move in soon. But this home is great for anyone with a family. Or single living I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
