Settled in 1640, Winchester's historic district is a step back in time -- only today the brick buildings are filled with elegant boutiques, antique shops, sidewalk cafes, restaurants, and other businesses. Located just eight miles northwest of Downtown Boston, Winchester is a popular location for commuters -- a ride on the "T" only takes about 20 minutes from Winchester Center.
Winchester borders the Middlesex Falls Reservation, a 2,575-acre park that is home to Stone Zoo, Spot Pond, hiking trails, picnic areas, and an off-leash dog park. The park is also a great location for cross-country skiing, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, and horseback riding. On the north end of town, Horn Pond Recreation Area is also great for hiking and bicycling.

Fix my curtain issue, stop blaming the tenant for things that were faulty since we moved-in, find solutions, stop being arrogant with existing tenants....and solely focused on attracting new tenants, put a minimum effort on making sure the current tenants are enjoying their stay.

From start to finish with my lease, including move in day, even up to present day Conor is nothing short of friendly, responsive and ready for any questions. The leasing team is just as responsive and friendly. I feel like they all take the time to get to know the tenants/residents. They are all on top of any questions or concerns. The environment, including all spaces, are well maintained, clean and in good repair. Oh and I need to add….all of the team in the office remarkably seem to know everyone’s name and their dog. That’s not an easy take and should not go unrecognized. I would recommend living here!! 5 stars for sure!!

Sanctuary at Winchester North is a beautiful building. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. I get the feeling they love their jobs. My unit is just right for me. I love that the builders used top grade supplies and installed high rated appliances. The building is kept clean. The amenities are superb. So far so good!

I like the fact that I can just walk around and feel free! I like that the maintenance crew is very attentive to any problems that may arise. The staff has been incredible and have gone above and beyond their job description when it comes to helping out and taking the time to explain/show things to us.
