I’ve been here at Sanctuary at Westport for over seven months and couldn’t be more pleased. The property and buildings are kept in tip top shape and the security aspect is A one! As a senior citizen my family are very happy knowing I am always safe and help is immediate in an emergency.

Living here feels like a tucked away homely vacation haven which also includes our precious doggies!
In general, the experience of living here for a few years has been a positive one. I just wish the walls and ceilings were more insulated from the noise created by the neighbors. The grounds, for the most part, are kept in better than average condition. The lazy, inconsiderate pet owners detract from the overall condition of the grounds by refusing to clean up after them. Even the owners who let their pets dig into the mulch and leave a mess for someone else to clean up is inexcusable. Overall pest control is excellent, inside and out, and if a problem does occur, the management staff is quick to respond. This feels like a very safe community to call home.

I moved in only 2 weeks ago but my experience so far has been wonderful. The staff including maintenance has been very helpful, I enjoy all of the amenities. The community is extremely pet friendly which I really love and appreciate! My family and I are glad we chose Sanctuary at Westport as our home!

I’m a new tenant this month, but from tour to moving in, all has been fantastic. I hear a lot of horror stories from coworkers and friends about moving into new apartments, and that was not the case whatsoever. Once I completed a step towards moving in, staff always had the next thing ready and was available to answer questions. With moving being stressful on its own, it was a huge relief having the Sanctuary team on their A-game. Happy to be here!

I made a decision to move from a single family home last summer to apartment living. I had choices and explored opportunities. Finding Sanctuary At Westport was the perfect solution and I love living here. The screened in deck is nice for my cat and me to relax outside and watch activities. I will be renewing my lease in a short time.
