Living here feels like a tucked away homely vacation haven which also includes our precious doggies!
In general, the experience of living here for a few years has been a positive one. I just wish the walls and ceilings were more insulated from the noise created by the neighbors. The grounds, for the most part, are kept in better than average condition. The lazy, inconsiderate pet owners detract from the overall condition of the grounds by refusing to clean up after them. Even the owners who let their pets dig into the mulch and leave a mess for someone else to clean up is inexcusable. Overall pest control is excellent, inside and out, and if a problem does occur, the management staff is quick to respond. This feels like a very safe community to call home.

I moved in only 2 weeks ago but my experience so far has been wonderful. The staff including maintenance has been very helpful, I enjoy all of the amenities. The community is extremely pet friendly which I really love and appreciate! My family and I are glad we chose Sanctuary at Westport as our home!

I’m a new tenant this month, but from tour to moving in, all has been fantastic. I hear a lot of horror stories from coworkers and friends about moving into new apartments, and that was not the case whatsoever. Once I completed a step towards moving in, staff always had the next thing ready and was available to answer questions. With moving being stressful on its own, it was a huge relief having the Sanctuary team on their A-game. Happy to be here!

I have now lived here for 6 months. My first apartment experience and I am so fortunate to have found my perfect home. The leasing and maintenance staff have been so professional and helpful. I am loving living in SANCTUARY @ WESTPORT.

I have loved living here. Staff have been so helpful after my move and continue to be there if I had any questions/concerns. Maintenance has resolved my requests in a timely manner.

The Sanctuary at Westport is a safe & friendly community. The grounds are well manicured & the apartments are clean with great amenities. This is a very friendly family community.

I am extremely happy with my move to Sanctuary @ Westport. It has been a very smooth transistion for me thanks to Audrey and Cassidy as they have been helpful with my questions. My two maintainance requests have been promptly responded to. and resolved thanks to Tim.

The community is beautiful..Most important to me is my individual apartment. I love the floor plan ..The patio is perfect with the screens for my pet and also bug free..It is my pleasure that I found this lovely complex..Proximity to any type of shopping is within. Minutes .

Living at Sanctuary Westport has been a positive experience. The staff respond timely to any request or work order. My only concern, is the lack of resident cleaning after their pets.

The overall experience of living here has been a pleasant experience. Of course a place of this size will have a few issues from time to time, but I guess that is to be expected. I believe the office staff and maintenance personnel do try to address any issues that may occur.
