Property Ratings at Sanctuary at Daytona
The community area is only for the management and their families. They will write formal complaints on anyone that dare use the pool or club house. It's the only apartment complex that does not show hospitality. No coffee, creamer, cups. Compared to others who have snacks, sodas, lattes, coffee in surplus. When you visit and you wonder why the super nice amenities area is empty. Because it's not for you, or anyone who is actually paying rent for it. They will make up brand new policies on the spot to harass you.

Easy place to rent with a qualified rental application that doesn’t take weeks to get an answer back on rental application move in process was fast and easy. Luxury Housing and top place to live in Daytona would recommend to anyone who’s looking staff are on top of things community is well taken care of nice community and people.

I’ve had a great experience at Sanctuary Daytona! From the start, the welcoming atmosphere and smooth leasing process made moving in a breeze. The community features a large pool with plenty of chairs, beautifully maintained grounds, and is very dog-friendly, even offering a dedicated dog run. The apartments are spacious and modern, with screened-in porches that are perfect for relaxing. Perks like valet garbage pickup (Sunday through Thursday), built-in affordable Wi-Fi, and ample parking make daily life super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and ease in a vibrant community!

They are ok. Not worth the price in living out here. There is really nothing luxury about living out here when the walls are thin. It’s gotten really ghetto out here with the ppl they let live here. Ppl be smoking and leaving trash everywhere from dogs and the noise is crazy.

Sanctuary at Daytona is a Luxurious community, and renting a unit here gives me my own slice of paradise within the newly constructed environment. It's very tropical, we have a pool and propane grills, as well as a decent fitness center. I am happy to be a resident of such a nice community, and I admire the designers of this complex; well done.

The neighborhood was very well designed inside and out. I recently moved here from out of state, and I must say I feel like I’m living a luxurious vacation from home. High quality unit, and my favorite part is the kitchen, but the smoke alarms can be sensitive when cooking steaks in the oven as the oil likes to smoke, but opening the windows seems to prevent having an alarm scare. I have no complaints, only satisfaction with the property, its management, and maintenance crews. - Building 4

Honestly it's a perfect fit. Close to all the shops and airport, yet far enough we don't get the noise and traffic! The apartments are beautiful and have alot of room to stretch out. And the pool area is the best setup to unwind and relax iv had access to.

We are very impressed with the community staff, especially Samantha our leasing agent. She helped walk us through our online application and leasing. We’ve been introduced to the entire staff and find them all enjoyable and professional. The apartment floor plan is exactly what we needed. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful.
