Welcome to Sanctuary Apartments in Augusta, GA! Sanctuary has three different phases of apartments that each offer something unique to satisfy individual tastes of apartment living. Phase I, the largest section, offers the most variety of floorplans in our two story building designs. Phase II provides the popular single story plan with a quaint neighborhood feel. Belair is a dynamic area between Interstate 20 and Highway 78 and bounded to the east by Interstate 520. The western side of town consists of peaceful residential areas, while the eastern corner of town, near the I-20 and I-520 junction, features modern amenities. The Doctors Hospital of Augusta along with restaurants, hotels, and other businesses can be found here. Renters will find that Belair’s rental options are also concentrated in the eastern part of town. Renters have their choice of everything from luxury apartments to ranch-style homes.
Outside of town, residents have access to more amenities. A six mile drive east leads to Downtown Augusta, driving a bit north brings you to the trails and parks around the Savannah River, and you’ll find sprawling golf courses throughout the city known for the Masters Tournament.

Apartment is in woody area. Large Roaches enter home frequently. Older apartment so wholes can be found by pest for entry. Nice apartment for price, but not nice enough to deal with pest.
This has been by far the best home I've ever had in my 24 years of life. I come home every day to a quiet community, away from any major streets or highways to friendly neighbors. The management team was so professional and kind throughout my entire transition as I was moving from Pennsylvania to Georgia, away from all friends and family. I look forward to enjoying my HOME for years to come! :)
Clean, tidy, and safe neighborhood. Speeds repairs when issues come up! Friendly staff.
Very close to the movie theaters, mall, food, etc. They do pest control sprays but I advise you to spray the inside and outside with some Raid. There are quite a few trees around most apartments where bugs like to hide. Maintenance if very quick to take care of any repairs around the apartment. Each apartment has a designated space, only one though. Overall a pretty nice place to live
