Property Ratings at San Ynez Apartments

Cheapish but old
Its university subsidized housing so its cheapish in pricing and conveniently located. However the units haven't been updated since the 80s. Old linoleum flooring and industrial looking stairs. The bathroom fixtures are OK and function but could use some updating. The kitchen sink is a white porcelain that stains easily. The bedrooms can fit just fit a Queen bed and small dresser but it still is a tight fit. There's no AC and the building traps heat. Gas heating and gas stove. Communal laundry facility. Pretty responsive maintenance and staff.
