220 San Vicente has the most beautiful views. Parking is easy and staff and tenants are nice. You can’t beat the location

We love the building. Love the crew that runs our building. I feel the owners could invest in new carpet on the 5th floor and the penthouse floor. For a building this expensive it is a disgrace with a little work it could be a A building instead of a B buildimg

My transition to San Vicente Tower has been amazing all thanks the the warm welcoming staff at Grey Star!
I’ve lived in this building for 2 years. Recent change in property management has residents on edge; older building with old fixtures and plenty of structural issues. Laundry in basement (boo!). One block from ocean view, though and just a quick drive or walk to the beach-it’s home to me!
