San Valiente is a mostly quiet place to live. The apartments are updated for the most part, and it is in a convenient area. Management is quite responsive. It takes a while to get repairs done since it is such a large complex.
I'm glad I live in this apartment Professional, curiosity and helping staff from top ladder to the bottom to the Pinot you can ever imagine
Don’t come here the office tried to make it sun shine and rainbows for the first couple months then after that it horrible. Mainly maintaining, they never get their work done. Most of the time the work orders are summit as done when nobody has come to the apartment.
I absolutely love this community! The front off staff and the maintenance team do an amazing job at making sure our community is beautiful and safe. They are always willing to answer any questions and the maintenance staff are always courteous and helpful.

Just moved in!!! Everything looks great… had no problems or any issues moving just the long stairs lol. Wife and kids love it!!!! Alot of space and it’s nice and clean. Everything works pretty good

I love my current apartment’s location as its facing right towards the pool, also its in central location of the property which makes it quiet during the day time. I really like the apartment premises since it has a lot of space and greenery which is lacking in most of the apartments these days.

Very quiet and clean. There’s two pools and two kids play areas which is great. Staff and maintenance are both nice and friendly. Some parts of the community there’s great Mountain View’s.

I understand that things break and issues arise, but is is how they are resolved that make the difference. I have had 2 maintenance repair requests and both were completed the next day. Nowadays I expect to call multiple times and wait a long time. Not at San Valiente! So awesome!

You won't find a nicer apartment community. Impeccably maintained and floor plans with beautiful fit and finishes. Everyone on staff from the management team, to the leasing agentsl to the maintenance staff are efficient, professional, tmely and show genuine concern for any issues you may have.

From the first moment here I knew it San Valiente was different. In a way that I have never experienced before. I've lived in many apartments throughout my life, dealt with staff that hated their jobs & employers. San Valiente is the complete opposite of all that combined. Respectful, courteous, caring, listens, offers help in a vast array of ways, clean, & alive! I mean by this its not a parking lot full of buildings. It's a community filled with homes! I have only lived here for a week but I am happy with the property so far. Maintenance is seen running around all day , I wish the dog mess was more kept however and the jacuzzi’s need their jets fixed. Beside that it’s quiet, safe , and neighborly.

I been here 5 years for the most part it’s been great considering I mind my business and only call for repairs if needed. I really wanted some new blinds considering I have seen many come and go in my area and all have new blinds except me. The neighbors are have dogs & the dogs poop smell and dog droppings I have reported several times. Garbage some days is not picked up for two~three days and it’s hot and that makes it stink.
Very well maintained community with a great layout in the units. The walk-in closet is such a great benefit to living here. The amenities are great as well.

This community is hold to a higher quality than others apartment complexes around. It is gated, clean, and has a great staff working in the office that communicates well with residence. No apartments complex community is perfect but this one I'm glad I picked to live in.

This is a very nice place but not safe for children or women. When you are at work people come in and steal your things. It is unsafe for any person here.

We have been here a short time but let me say this... I was definitely sold during the tour alone. Then I saw the amenities & heard of others outside the home! We couldn't wait to move in!! All the info of what they have is true to date. We even had a food truck with Great food & amazing prices come inside (staff setup for us) They were here 3hrs a food truck 3hrs. Come tour see what You think. The office staff is terrific to speak with, helpful answering all i mean All my questions, They came through with every single thing the said!! Kudos San Valiente on having Fabulous staff!!

Very pretty and open floor plan with plenty of closet space. The balconies are great for plants and for if your animals want some fresh air. Very pet friendly and open community. There are events online all the time. Glad I was able to rent here.

In my view, San Valiente is a great place to leave. Known for its cleanness and security, a wonderful environment, you really make value of your rent money. I did not mention the gym facility, the nice swimming pools where you can spend nice time with your friends having fun. If you are looking for a cool and beautiful apartment, think beyond "cheap", San Valiente is not too expansive compared to the quality of life it offers to its residents.
