First, I'll start by saying this is the second Graystar Property that I have lived in. My first experience was in Texas, and it was fabulous. San Paulo is also just as fabulous. No disappointments with anything. Great maintenance. David and his team promptly respond to every request. No long wait times for things to be fixed, and if it is going to be longer than anticipated, you are notified immediately. Now on to the management team. Excellent response time from Requel and Justice. Please note that this does not exclude the rest of the team. Excellent residents/customer service all the way around. I am beyond pleased about the property. Everything thing on the property is well maintained. I have been blessed to have great neighbors. I absolutely love my apartment. I would love to stay another year, if possible.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. My patio is at the base of the mountain. It's the prettiest scene ever. I love everything about my complex. The pool is beautiful. The staff ( David, Luis, Atiana, Raquel, and Justice) are wonderful. Best Decision ever.

The San Paulo leasing team was very helpful and made the process easy. Everything was done online. The move-in went smoothly too and the maintenance staff was prompt to attend to my service requests. The place is pretty quiet and, although it is a community with a lot of apartments, you still can have your privacy to access your unit.

Very well kept grounds. Neighbors are quiet mind there business. Good area for walking and hiking. Balcony is nice and big , energy bills are reasonable.

San Paulo is a nice serene quiet community with access to hiking trails which is a huge plus nice pool and spa gated community. The neighbors are nice and management and maintenance are friendly and helpful.

Clean, safe, and calm community in a great location. Easy access to local shopping and grocery but far enough away that it doesn't feel busy. Nature trails built into the complex are great.

Community is very clean and well-maintained. Feels safe & secure, and is located in a great part of the valley. Staff are professional and curteous and I like that we have a secure mailroom with 24hour access to packages. Community has garages for some units, which is very nice. No pest issues whatsoever.

one STAR on this review. just because of my experience living on this property for almost4yrs. and all i can say is Management is not GOOD most tenants they end up moving out, a few .simple and small reason that i know it can be resolve. Yesterday someone moved out for A/C reason the management and didn't pay attention on their request to turn on or fix their A/C and they have kids. wish Stefania still here because she's really good on resolving issues and can listen to tenants request. I was exposed in COVID a month ago and cant work for a month. I notified management about my situation that I just can pay half of the rent. instead of responding to my email they charged me late FEE! why am i still here? just because this property is closer to my sons school and I am willing to sacrifice for my son's but that doesn't mean that I am not entitled to my opinion I am working on reaching out to the corporate which they are located somewhere in Walnut Creek Cal if I'm correct.

I've really enjoyed living in San Paulo apartments. The location is perfect - close to hiking and parks as well as shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences. The views of the mountains/foothills are wonderful. The management and staff have been professional and responsive to anything I've needed. Highly recommend.

The 2-bedroom floorplans are very spacious and have great layouts. There's lots of open living space, and for the price it's a great deal to live here. Lots of apartments this size cost way more or don't have the same amenities that San Paulo offers. The location is excellent, too!

Overall, I like San Paulo. The office staff has been attentive to our needs, the maintenance staff does a good job maintaining the grounds, but when it comes to maintenance requests, if we don't stay on top of them, we slip through the cracks.

The areas surrounding the buildings need more attention. Bird droppings are not removed in a timely manner. When tenants or guests litter with bottles, paper, plastic bags and other containers it remains there frequently for several days.
