Staff is nice and maintenance is amazing. No complaints really other than a few residents that have extremely loud cars. Wish there was a playground for the kids though and better shaded area in the dog park.

Best staff and great environment because everyone is welcoming. Way better than my last apartments and better amenities as well. The gym and pool are a 10/10 in my books would recommend to others as well.

The move in process was easy and quick. Everyone was very helpful. The property is well maintained, and staff is helpful. There was a couple of things that needed to get done to my unit even after moving in. They got it done so no biggie, but its things that should have been done before anyone moved in.

Living in this community has been a positive experience. From the moment I moved in, I noticed how well-maintained the entire property is. When it comes to maintenance requests, the turnaround time is good. Any issue I’ve reported has been addressed quickly and efficiently, often within 24 hours. It’s reassuring to know that help is just a call or click away and that the team takes every request seriously. The office staff are always available and responsive. Communication with residents is good—important updates are shared clearly and in a timely manner through email and community boards. As a dog owner, I especially appreciate the community dog park. It’s a generous size, clean, and well-kept, providing a safe and fun place for my pup to run around and socialize. Overall, this community strikes a good balance between comfort, affordability convenience, and excellent service. It truly feels like home, and I’m glad to be part of it.

The apartment layout is functional, with decent natural lighting and spacious rooms, though some fixtures could use modernization. Its a nice place to live most of the employees are great and respond in a timely manner. I know it's not easy to control security concerns but we do have suspicious people dressed in hoodies walking around in the early morning hours and my storage unit was broken into to. They claim they have security but never seen them.

Moving in and the first two weeks were not very pleasant. Apt not ready, things not getting done until after asking for them to be done multiple times. Since having things fixed, it’s alright. Hoping the next year will bring better days.

Amazing! My husband and I just moved in with our dogs and we are very happy. The facilities are very well maintained. Some details we had in the apartment were immediately addressed by the maintenance team. The gym is excellent (only one piece of equipment doesn't work, but they are fixing it). A basketball or soccer court would make the place perfect. Even so, we love our new home, and my dogs love going to the dog park. Thank you for all your attention :)

Great area to live. Maintenance crew is amazing and handles service requests quickly. Wish some residents would be mindful of quiet hours late at night or early in the morning (particularly cars with loud engines). I get woken up to the sound of someone starting their muscle car daily. Other than that, I enjoy living at San MIguel :)

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and the things I have talked to the office staff about has been fixed and is continuing to be fixed daily. The community is starting to look a lot better everyday!

Quiet, well-designed, great pool, great parking, great location, personable staff who "get it." Stylish architecture, great $/sq ft ratio, package service is cool, community and food truck events. Prompt maintenance, flexible policy enforcement. Jennifer is amazing.

I’ve had a great experience living at San Miguel Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the landscaping adds a nice touch. I have lived here for about a year and I just love it! The company as a whole are so nice and friendly. The apartment complex is beautiful. They keep up with the maintenance outside to make sure it stays nice. Very safe environment and the pool is a plus! With palm trees around it and a grill for public usage.

I was ok, not happy anymore. New neighbor is loud. There is only one person up there and they are louder than the family that was there before them.

Service calls have been very prompt. Neighbors are generally respectful. I rarely hear my neighbors. Pet owners are responsible. I have yet to see poop anywhere.

Good luck finding parking past 5pm. The gym has not had machines that work for over 2 years and nobody puts signs to show they are not working. This is a safety hazard. These apartments aren’t cheap not cheap, but the management could care less. The maintenance guys are more helpful and friendly than the people who work in the main building. They need basic customer service they’re not approachable or helpful.

Living at San Miguel has been amazing! Great amenities, beautiful units, and everyone is so friendly! I feel so safe in this gated community, and it’s also very pet friendly. The leasing staff is also very responsive and helpful.

San Miguel is affordable. It offers great space. The amenities are amazing! Super close to just about anything you need (grocery stores, restaurants, UTSA and even Six Flags). Love the pool and the staff!

I recently moved into this apartment, and overall, my experience has been mostly positive. The apartment was clean upon arrival, and everything seems to be in working order. I haven’t encountered any live roaches, though I did notice one dead one, which wasn’t a major issue. However, I’ve noticed that my closet has a persistent smell of weed, likely coming from neighbors, which is a bit annoying as it affects my clothes. Aside from that, things have been good so far.

San Miguel floor plans are very beautiful, big and I like the layout. The bathtubs are huge and the washing machine and dryer is inside the apartment which makes it easier to assess

I love it so far! The only gripe I have is that the walls are pretty thin and I unfortunately have neighbors that love to blast their music at all hours, but everything about my apartment itself and the complex are amazing!
