My fiancé and I have been looking for a place to live and it was important for us to stay in the area around family. We have had our eye on these townhomes as they were building them. We were thrilled to know that homes were open to rent and allow dogs. The community is amazing and everyone is very nice (including neighbors and other tenants). This community does not feel like an apartment community. It is very quiet and everyone respects others. I enjoy having a spacious garage to park my car, large kitchen island, white and black fixtures, and the automatic lights in the bathroom. I ham very pleased with this community and have had an amazing experience so far. When I first moved in we had some issues with our gate keys. Management was able to provide me a fob while they reprogrammed mine. I love that this community feels like a home.

Love the modern design of the apartment. It’s clean, properly well maintained, appliances upgraded and nice. I enjoy living here a San Carlo and would highly recommend living here.
