Im a single parent and me and my kids love it here great community and while kids are playing i watch the kids from the window. I also have a great neighbor that helps me out love this place will be sad to leave when i buy a house.
I think that this is a great place to move me and my wife we lived around the lake loved the view it was beautiful it was so relaxing i would even fish out there some times. I had no complaint great staff even the maintenance guys was cool. Me and my wife now bought a house and im so grateful to stay and save money for our new house. Great place to live would recommend!!!!!!!
I lived here 6yrs and the office staff has always been very helpful when I have a work order the girls in the office let me know when someone will be able to come out to fix it. There is a young lady name Tiffany in the office she has even called to check on my mom to see how she is doing and that makes me feel awesome to know the staff cares about my 83yr old mother great place to live!!!!!!!!!
I have been here for about 8 months now and have not had any issues. Staffs are very friendly, maintenance workers are reasonably, and I don't have any issues with my neighbors. All in all, for the extremely reasonable price I am paying, the apartments are better than I could have ever expected.
I’ve been a resident here for over 8 months and I’m so happy. The rent is reasonable even with the rate increases every year. My apartment is huge and the layout is perfect. I’ve had a few maintenance issues but I have to say that each issue was corrected. Listen you won’t find a perfect complex anywhere with the price that they have, but I have to say that these apartments have been good to me.
I have lived at Sailboat bay for about 5 years now. The community is great for the convenient price. It is close to all highways and has shopping around the area. The staff at the office is very friendly and help out as much as possible. I plan on staying here until my family grows. I enjoy the lake view very much, and the trees look beautiful in the fall.
I moved in a month a go, and I love my place. It has everything new! The price that i pay, i cant beat it.
