Sage Tower is located in downtown Billings, convenient to shopping and the Billings Senior Citizen Center. Sage Tower is designed for your comfort and ease of living. The interior has recently been remodeled and each unit includes a stove and refrigerator, as well as individual temperature controls, individual smoke sensors and wiring for cable TV, internet and telephone. There are garbage chutes on each floor as well as a central meeting room, game room, library, laundry facilities, computer room, common area kitchen, and elevators. There is rental assistance available on some unit types and we accept Vouchers for our deluxe units. All utilities are paid except for phone and cable. At Sage Tower, you can enjoy a carefree life in a retirement community where others have similar interests. We have an active volunteer program and regularly scheduled social events.
