Stone Oak Apartments are a comfortable and very friendly place to live. The management and their staff are friendly and willing to help. If you are downsizing, or coming from out of state, this complex is perfect to acclimate to your new environment.
Sage front office personnel are extremely friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful. Maintenance team members are very prompt and efficient. The residents are very friendly and inviting. The appartment units are very spacious and well appointed. In summary, we love everything about living at the Sage.
It’s comfortable, safe, great neighbors, wonderful management, the maintenance is always thorough and I love my Apartment!
We have been living here for 18 months and honestly it has been average all around.(If you consider the high price we are paying and deficiencies encountered ) we owned a home in this area 78258 for more than 20 years and also had 2 rental homes and a comercial one ,so we know very well the area financially speaking and confirmed that is to high the rents renewal %.

Overall maintenance is good except for poor pool maintenance. Staff are professional and courteous. Plenty of activities to choose from. Nicely kept grounds. Quiet place to live.

We have been living at Sage Stone Oak for almost 2 years, and it has been just fine, if you consider the high amount of rent we pay. Rent renewal is abusive at 10% or more ,which makes turnover of residents very high.Lot’s of swimming pool problems ( days closed) ,hallways dirty, long time group residents bullying newer residents and nothing is done by Management. Please post

I love the open floor plan in my 2 bedroom, with study, apartment. There is enough room to have my three kids and their families over for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. I wish I had a canyon view instead of Hardy Oak Blvd, lol. The amenities in the community area are truly exceptional and the staff is always friendly, professional and patient. The residents are friendly and welcoming. I do feel comfortable and happy to come home!

Well run community; recent construction. Beatification is on-going due to management and a resident led garden club. Elevators work and the community area with coffee bar, piano, exercise facility, meeting rooms are quite attractive and kept clean & tidy. Adequate covered parking is available but costly ($75/month). Management staff are competent and nice people. Maintenance personnel are responsive, skilled, and relate closely to the resident’s needs. Overall: enjoy living here.

Sage Stone Oak is a beautiful property with lovely amenities. It is pet friendly, which is important to us (and to our dogs!). We selected Sage over a similar property a friend had recently moved to, preferring the floorplan, views and overall feel of the place. We are delighted with our decision.

Sage Oak is a great place to live. It provides a peaceful environment. But it needs to solve a situation with the CODES BOX. A code box is needed close to the right side gate to open it easier, avoiding to drive to click the code then to drive back to where the gate is located. This will operate the opening easier and quicker.

I like it here but I have hard time being able to achieve my 8 hours needed for my C-Pap machine. There is a loud music or TV plating so loud than I rarely ever get to sleep after 5 or 6 o’Close!
