Sage is my first apartment and as an 18 year old it can be scary and feel almost impossible to move out but once I came here i absolutely fell in love with not only the apartment but the community they have created. Sage welcomed me in with open arms, they broke down everything in the beginning, answered all of my questions without judgement, and made sure that all of the choices I made were educated choices. I’ve only been here a couple of months but I’m so glad I made the choice and decided to move here.

I love my apartment. It has everything I need. Since I moved here in October of 2023, it has gotten a little noisier with the neighbors slamming doors and screaming inside of their apartments. The cars have also increased along with their speed which is scary because I've witnessed kids crossing the street without the parents looking after them. They have put speed bumps in but not in the places that matter.Other than that it is a nice place to live.

I’ve been living here for almost a month and I’m really enjoying it. The community feels peaceful and welcoming, and everything is kept very clean and well-maintained. I especially love the pool area — it’s a great place to relax. The whole place feels cozy, quiet, and safe, which makes it easy to feel at home.

I like living here, but the jacuzzi often doesn't work. Great pools, always clean and beautiful on the territory. I love Sage) I even advised my friends to move here.

Problems are fast to be fixed and a beautiful property with many amenities to keep you busy and relaxed. Grounds are kept up very well with great landscapers. Trash valet is a great add on as well especially being on the third floor its very convient

Spacious apartments with high ceilings and lots of modern touches. I love the counter tops and cupboards. Fabulous amenities, a beautiful resort style pool area with two pools , a hot tub, barbecues, eating area and fire pit. Even a beach area. I love the palm trees and the floral landscape. It’s a gated community which is a plus even though I feel completely safe living here. There are many residential functions going on, too many to mention but a few are the holiday parties, bingo parties which ally take place in the amazing clubhouse and the Thursday night food trucks which we enjoy. I always say that it is like living in a vacation resort all year long. The leasing employees and the maintenance employees are doing a wonderful job. Absolutely no disappointments in that area. They have all handled all situations that come up very professionally. One of the best perks is Sage on Palmer Ranch is a non smoking community. What a plus!

Overall Sage has been a nice place to live. The amenities could use an uplift (such as the extremely tiny gym) and the gates continually remain broken for several months at a time.

Property is beautiful! We love all the amenities- pool, hot tub, fitness center is great! Management is very responsive to repair requests. Nice residential community away from busy traffic, yet close to retail shopping and anything you could need.

Best apartment community I’ve lived in. Very quiet in the apartment. I never hear a single peep. Staff is always very nice. They bring food trucks around often and they always have very tasty and affordable food!

So far it has been good. The trash pick up has been a bit rude (the notes aren't necessary). Sometimes we have extra bags after their days off and yes we do go to the compactor. The other renters could drive a bit slower through the parking lot (I know you can't control that). Any issues we have had have been addressed very quickly by maintenance and they are very nice! The pool area is very nice.Dog friendly is a plus. It's a very quiet place to live.

I just moved in and everyone is so friendly and helpful The staff in the office is very helpful. They have already had a BBQ food truck her. and a Bingo in night in my first week. I am grateful I chose this community at Sage to move into from my long move from Colorado.

Pros: The apartment and community is very clean, well maintained, peaceful, quiet and offers a great variety of amenities! They offer very convenient trash concierge. The elevator is quick and has almost no wait time. The pool is beautiful. The neighbors friendly and cause no noise at night. There is ample free parking. The gym is clean and has a great variety of machines! They have a package room that is convenient, secure. Cons: The water pressure is on the low side which doesn’t make too much of a difference with the sinks. But the shower water pressure is definitely annoyingly low. We had the shower head replaced bc the maintenance guy said it could be a calcium build up. However the new shower head made little to no difference. My husband also noticed a bug in our bathroom this morning that he said looked like a roach. I very much hope it wasn’t! They claim they spray once a month which is one of the fees we pay for. So this is definitely something we are addressing asap

Future renters beware - The valet trash service is a bad joke. They have more holidays off than bankers, when did Halloween become a holiday that service businesses are closed? The service is mandatory at your expense. Trash is only picked up Sunday - Thursday. They don’t pickup the trash consistently per the published rules. The compactor area is filthy and rat infested which management needs to address.

Sage apartments are well maintained. Office personnel are always up and ready to address concerns. My only problem is the parking, the reason for four stars. I am handicapped, and even though Eka arranged for 2 Handicap parking spots on the North side of the building, it is very often that I am unable to park close to the North entrance. Other than that, everything is just fine here.

Just renewed my lease & am disappointed that offers given to new residents are better than what current residents are offered. Loyalty to tenants should be factored in when extending a lease.

The apartment complex is awesome, as beautiful as you can imagine and some of the people are very nice, the management is great and they try to accommodate you as much as they can. However, I live in the 2nd floor, you can hear everything that comes from above. Whoever is above me it’s very inconsiderate, their dogs also like to play at random times and most of those times are between the hours of 11pm and 2am. It’s very frustrating because I have brought this issue to the attention of the management team and they have tried to talk with that person and things changes for like a day or two but, it always goes back to being loud at after the “quiet” time hours.

Very quiet and clean community. Maintenance is on top of all repairs. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. No barking dogs.

In the first five minutes I felt at home. Flawless grounds and apartments, friendly staff and finally some peace and quiet. All the amenities you’d expect in resort living but at an affordable living price.
I absolutly love living here at Sage. I have met some amazing people and the love of my life. Sage staff are always so helpful and friendlly. I would not want to live in any other apartment community. It's a great place and everything is nearby.

The apartment was not completely ready for my accepting the apartment . As of today I am still wanting for repairs to be completed in the apartment. I would hope they are completed soon. I had to go get the valet trash container myself from the leasing office.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with maintenance response times. Submitted work orders are not being addressed for 7 days. This is true for 5 submitted work orders. The apartment was rented to me with noticeable damage to doors and poor paint job. My shower glass door fell off while I wasn’t even in the bathroom and nobody has contracted me yet to address the issues, day 3. The entry/exit gates have been broken more than they have been in service since I’ve lived here. Future renters beware.

Nice place to live. Originally we thought it might be loud being that close to the freeway but it really was not. It's nice to over look the state pistol and can't beat the sun set every day

Friendly down to earth accommodating staff. Professional but relatable. Thank you so much for a private and pleasant experience. The only negative thing I can say is nothing against the management at all just about people in general please pick up your dog poop it's bad enough we all live in an apartment and have to pick up after our dogs . I have a 7 lb dog and I make sure I pick up after her. (Tootsie rolls )?? and I see landmines everywhere!!!! COME ON PEOPLE! Thank you.

Unfortunately the elevator in building 2 has not been functioning since the last storm. This situation has not been resolved for weeks. For those who have difficulty (myself included) this is a dangerous situation for walking 40 steps up or down. This is a serious situation for the safety of the residence. If any situation should be addressed this is the one. Today the situation is still not addressed.(for weeks). Knowing where the steps are located is not the answer to the problem. A call should be made (to the contracted elevator repair company)mandating that this issue is addressed immediately. I hope and pray that no one gets hurt managing the steps.

We love living at Sage, lived in a 3 bedroom unit here and now a 2 bedroom! All the staff is wonderful and we just weathered a hurricane with not one bit of damage.

Just renewed, The front office and maintenance are wonderful. There has been no turnover in the staff, which says alot how well the community is being run. They have a huge responsibility, managing 6 3 story buildings, amenities, landscaping ect. Yet they continue to be professional and show respect to the tenants, doing their best to make this a pleasant place to live.

It’s been pretty good, slow to reply, and slow for maintenance to come fix things, but that’s to be expected. Packages going to the luxe is cool, but would be a bit better if your packages could be delivered to your door.
Everyone at Sage has been Fantastic. The property is in fantastic condition and very well cared for. We had two very small issues when we moved in and they were addressed immediately.
Love it here, my baby , dog and I just moved in. It’s perfect for us. Peaceful, clean, safe, accommodating, everything we need here to thrive.
