This location fails to satisfy any criteria and standard. Having a contract with the sage at panorama implies that you are bound in a serious-series traps.

I read the reviews online before I decided to tour with the Sage team . I was a little skeptical but, I have to say non of the issues that were mentioned on the reviews are something that I have struggled with. Nikki is awesome, Zack is a little odd but very professional and, Jessica is just a sweet heart. Thank you Sage for making my experience here an unforgettable one. I’m not moving !!!

Sage is a fine complex but they didn’t even try to clean the apartment before I moved in. The place looked like it had never been cleaned and the repairs maintenance did were actually a joke and I could have done a better job than they did.

The neighbors were mean, messy, and childish. The staff will not answer ever. Their statements and bills that they send you are blatantly wrong and they will never answer when you try to contact them. Horrible place.

I have no had the best experience living here. The community is dirty and there are roaches. The staff seems to be unorganized and I have had a couple of rude encounters with them.

There is no parking. Not by permit, and almost none on the street. I feel I was lied to about a lot here. I had higher expectations moving in.

Very poorly run community. Lots of chaos in the office, they have run through property managers and maintenance staff like crazy so far. Things get fixed sometimes, not in a timely manner though, and often not in a cleanly manner either.

safety isa big cover, no one’s fault so works here. frustrating there is no parking for leasing office unless you pay for garage, roomates car totaled on street and mine broken into.

This building has had roaches since the day we moved it. The exterminator for the building is only available on Monday’s for certain hours so it’s impossible to have them come if you work a full time job. Also expect your hot water to be off often. Run from this place at all costs!!!

My experience thus far has been great. The staff has treated me like family and when I need something they take care of me! Natasha is probably my favorite leasing office manager I've ever dealt with. She thinks out of the box when needed and she is always ready to help. I think the leasing office and the people are wonderful. I enjoy the communication about things going on in the community. The only problem I have is that I was promised that my oven and trimming would be fixed before I even moved in, and I’ve been moved in for almost 3 weeks now and neither of these problems have been solved.

Like many apartment complexes, this place is an egregious cash grab. They have little regard for the safety of the residents and make it known. The doors to the lobby dont have a code to call your apartment so some of your deliveries will be left outside. The security guard is a joke. Best advice, rent almost anywhere else for cheaper so at least you wont have to pay an arm and a leg for subpar living.

This is a great place to live and have a family in the community as there are programs to make you fit in and welcome. The staff members are awesome and as we can all acknowledge one person can never spoil the wine but in general staff members are good. When it comes to keep the community clean, they do their very best it's the some of the residents who have no manners and any sense of decency who throw bottles, litter the parking lot and leave their trash in the hallway. These has got nothing to do with the staff. If you live in a place you keep it clean, period!

This was the worse move in experience ever. My apartment was not move in ready and there were roaches in my unit. They admitted to me that they did not walk the unit before giving me my keys. The office staff is very nice however you have to call them several times to make sure they are doing their job and handling your concerns. The renovations were done very sloppy in my unit , it looks nice from a distance but when you get up close on things it does not look good. I was super excited about the tennis and basketball courts but they are run down and almost impossible to play on.

The building is old and some of the existing plumbing systems need refurbishment. Compound maintenance is good. Pet owners should pick up after pet poops. Improvement in parking. Good. Safety okay, but petty thievery still exist. Rent incentive to those of us who have lived there for a long time without problems, instead of to new comers.

Looks nice when you move in but the place is infested with cockroaches. I’ve had multiple treatments on my apartment to have them removed but nothing is working. Those nasty things are even running around in the hallways. Please be aware.

Great location, but that's all. Buildings are filthy and in constant state of disrepair. Staff is friendly enough but non-responsive. The filth is not entirely the staff's fault-- a lot of the residents lack respect for themselves and the community.

This is my second time living here. I was here for eight years as a Dayton Crossing resident. Returning after five years, it's apparent Sage has taken the living experience up to another level. The look of the property, the level of support from the new management staff, the implementation of security upgrades that are being put in. The generated community awareness made possible by Sage staff of living situations and community concerns are second to none. all has made my second time around more pleasant and at ease. I'm grateful for this new age management staff at Sage.

It is a incredibly beautiful community here. Everybody here loves to be outside and they are all very kind. They have all the amenities anyone can dream of, and that just makes it an even more beautiful place. Once we become a fully gated community, it truly will become like a small town.

Caring manager, not just about property but treats each tenant like family and runs property as if were her own home. For the love of all things good, do NOT move to these apartments. I moved here in the fall. About a month and a half ago, ROACHES started crawling into my apartment. I called the office to come take care of this. They are so disorganized, it was like pulling teeth to get them to help, and then they would only allow pest control to come on Mondays with no follow up. They treated my apartment twice and roaches were still crawling on me (GROSS) while I was just trying to live in my apartment. I keep my apartment ridiculously clean and got rid of my food immediately, but this was still an issue. I tried to break my lease and management wouldn’t let me. They blamed me for the roaches, but said I could move into a different unit. Turns out, the roaches were coming from a recently vacated apartment next to me that the complex failed to clean or maintain after the people left (this apartment is currently listed on this website for a new tenant and there are still roaches BTW). I tried to move into a different unit on the third floor of another building, and of course, the elevator was broken. Multiple people got trapped in the elevator when it was broken and the office was slow to fix it. So I had to move everything using the stairs and my move took days. One little girl (about 9 years old) was clearly traumatized from getting trapped in the elevator (screaming, crying, like she was NOT okay). One woman who is handicapped couldn’t even leave the building for days. They finally got the elevator fixed, but my new unit is completely broken. The things that are broken: the shower and tub, half the outlets don’t work, the washer, the smoke detector, multiple lights, the blinds, and more. I work from home, so I went to the office to see about getting any of these things fixed so that I can have power and wifi today to work and the woman in the office was SO RUDE. Unbelievably rude. And they said they will try to get someone to look at it today, but basically no guarantees and couldn’t tell me when any of it will be fixed. Also, the apartment really doesn’t feel safe. They are trying to make a bunch of changes, but some of them are awful. You have to pay $15 a month just to receive packages safely. The buildings and elevators are usually really disgusting inside and rarely cleaned, it seems. The walls are thin, and I can always hear babies screaming and people fighting. Basically, this place is a nightmare. Please save yourself the trouble and live elsewhere.

If I could have found another apartment complex last year I would have never moved here. But hey the duck pond used to be nice to look at, but since the hoodlums that are in the complex have thrown trash, pool equipment and shopping carts in the pond it is just a trash pond that with rising temperatures will provide the complex with a nasty smell.
