Saddle Brook Apartments

We have lived at Saddle Brook for over 6 years now, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. Our refrigerator has slowly been grinding to a halt, and it was time for a new one. We e-mailed Sherry about our problem, she responded right away, and within a couple of hours we had a new refrigerator. We had all the food in coolers and I was heading out to get ice, but Andy and Derek (maintenance) brought us a refrigerator that had already been plugged in at a make-ready unit, so there was no need for ice, we just transferred the food into the new fridge, which had only been unplugged for around 15 minutes. It was a hassle-free experience. Andy and Derek were very efficient, professional, and personable; great guys to deal with. The office staff at Saddle Brook---Sherry, Terri, Yazmine, and Kasey---are always friendly and helpful.

The staff are great, maintenance is quick, great facilities. Highly recommend!

From my first phone call to them, to move in to them, to living here, I’ve been impressed at every step. Management can make or break your experience at an apartment complex, and this team excels at everything. We moved from Florida under very complex and taxing logistics, and they worked with us. They’re responsive, and they really enjoy people, and work hard to make this place a home for everybody who lives here. If I had to do it all over again I would start here. The pool is always clean, along with the hot tub and kitty pool. 24 hour gym and laundry access. You never feel like you’re an inconvenience.

I was very impressed with everything how clean and beautiful the apartment is and area outside. I love all the light that comes through the windows I been wanting a place like that, but it was mostly the kindness and sweetness of Kasey that topped it off ! She has a beautiful spirit, she was so helpful and made me feel very welcome. I’m excited about my new home ! Thank you Kasey !!! You were my angel that day ! Kasey also made the process very easy and smooth ! She’s great at what she does! Thanks Kasey for everything !!!

Kasey made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the front door. She took the time to talk to us about the apartments, events they have, jobs in the area and things to do as well. She is one of the reasons we decided on living here. Dawn and Bob

Kasey along with all the staff really know how to make people feel at home. They are kind, respectful and go out of their way to make sure you have the greatest experience while living here.

I absolutely LOVE this community! The amenities, especially gym and swimming pool, are fantastic. The location is safe and within close distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The ladies in the front office are wonderful and always help me with any issues that may arise. I would like to give a special shoutout to Kasey. She helped me throughout the leasing process and provided valuable guidance on learning about the area. I would 100% recommend this community to anyone that is looking.

In the past 2.5 years that I have lived here, I have been very pleased with the quality of this complex. Service calls are addressed within a very reasonable time frame. I have never experienced any security issues. The management team, as well as the owners, are working hard to update the property; with security lighting on the perimeter, upgraded pool furniture, and instituting “fun” activities for residents. I highly recommend Saddle Brook Apartments!

First of all I really enjoy living in the Saddlebrook Community. The office staff truly cares about their residents. They are always making sure we are happy. Holidays they provide a great time such as a live band for the 4th of July, and great food. Terry and Sherry always talk to us and want to ensure we are happy and enjoying ourselves. They also want to know how they can improve. Maintenance Johnny on The Spot!!! Love here beautiful, safe and comfortable. I haven't lived in apartment since my early 20's having the best time. I have visited this property multiple times and the staff is very friendly, the property is beautiful and well maintained. So if anyone is looking for a place to call home I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Mr James the maintenance supervisor is amazing. As soon as I put in a work order he is there and the issue is solved. Property management is very responsive and I am very happy living here: every time I need something I feel respected and appreciated. I would recommend this property again and I am grateful and happy. Property is excellent maintenance very responsive and very understanding clean and professional.

Sydney took care of me and my boyfriend when moving in and she was super helpful and so nice. We really appreciated her help. The apartment itself is so nice and welcoming. My favorite part is definitely the dog park. Is nice and taken care of. Plus lots of toys for the pups and lots of pet waste stations to keep everything clean!

Have only had positive experiences with staff. A few repairs here and there but everything is responded to quickly and repaired within a reasonable time for me. If it is in your budget I highly recommend it.

I used to live here years ago as a kid, and I couldn’t help but come back when I was looking for my own place to live! We never had any issues living here prior, and I have yet to come across any issues now.

The office staff and beautiful trees on the property will sell you a dream during your tour but don’t be fooled. These apartments are not worth the “market price” they charge. You’re better off finding a newer, updated complex for about the same price. I lived here 1.5 years and never in my rental history have I experienced such an incompetent office staff. The unit itself was fine other than the fact the AC unit was on its last leg and didn’t work in half the unit. Several maintenance work orders were put in, there was never a resolution. Upon move out we had ridiculous charges. One being a gate key not being turned in, which is completely false. Not to mention someone in the office took it upon themself to list our reason for moving as “rent increase.” That is a bold face lie. The majority of these positive reviews are likely to be fake. I’ve since chatted with other people who have lived here and have yet to hear anything positive. Just don’t do it.

So far I have been here two years, didn’t have any issues the first year and some maintenance came up this year and it is all handled accordingly! Service is great and maintenance is on piont! Every one at the office is helpful!

The Saddle Brook Apartments have been a great place to live. They are very customer friendly, taking good care of our needs. The pool is well taken care of and the grounds are well kept. Whenever there is a problem, someone is there within an hour to take care of it. Great Staff!

The ladies in the office ( Cydnee & Yazmine ) were so helpful with me transferring to Waco from out of state. I was not physically able to be there and I was able to do everything online, it was a life saver. They answered EVERY question I had and it was a very quick & easy process . The apartment when I moved in was fantastic. I wanted to thank these ladies and maintenance staff for working so diligently to get me in quickly! Would recommend to anyone looking for a "homey" feel in apartment style living.

From the very start, Yazmine and the team at Saddle Brook worked diligently and quickly to get me in the apartment I wanted, and provided details step by step on move-in requirements. They made it so easy! The grounds are immaculate and maintenance/security are TOPnotch! They have six or 12 month leases, so If you are looking for a higher standard in your apartment living experience, come to Saddle Brook and have them show you around! I LOVE my new home!

I recently accepted a job transfer from Northern Illinois to Waco, Texas. Upon accepting offer, I had three weeks to find an apartment and move things to Texas. The leasing team at Saddle Brook was amazing and very efficient. Given my short time frame, the team was able to get me into an apartment with very short notice. They worked with my hectic schedule and communicated with me during every step of the way. The stress associated with moving is one thing. Moving 1200+ miles to an entirely different region, is an entire different level of stress. The team at Saddle Brook made me feel welcome and eased the stress that is associated with moving! The apartment is nice as well!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of trees. Apartments are spacious and the property is well maintained.

For the price you would think you’d get a better experience but no. If the weather is bad you’ll face problems. With two babies you would want to make sure they’re in a safe comfortable place but In the winter our heater would stop or wouldn’t heat up. During the Summer our A/C would stop working more than once. It would be up to 85 in our apartment.. When we would call about it we always get an “ok” and then having to wait until we call again or have to call back the next day to get anything done. They raise prices for no reason & expect you to deal with it. Overall not worth the price.

Good day everyone! We moved from different State to Waco with two kids and was looking for apartment with exelent schools area and stores nearby. So , we came early and check all apartments in Waco (Woodway). This one was the best, because school area belongs to Widway schools district ( the rate of this schools 10/10) and Walmart is very close ( 10 minutes walking distans). Also across a street you can find day care and after school program - ACL learning academy! So , for families with kids all ages - this is the best variant! Management team also is friendly, patient , polite and proffesional! Thank you!

Lived here 5 years, always prompt to fix maintenance issues. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly staff.

We moved here in July 2020, and have been extremely satisfied. The complex is clean and quiet, it is conveniently located, office personnel is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is outstanding. I highly recommend Saddle Brook Apartments.

Cydnee helped me so much with all questions/concerns and my move in was smooth and easy thanks to her! Apartments are clean and have TONS of natural light. Grounds are beautiful and there are tons of trees and shade. Community feels very “homey” - I love it here!

I'm new to the area and needed an apartment quick. I was looking for something comfortable and affordable. I found that and more at Saddle Brook. Cydnee, the leasing specialist was and is awesome! She guided my tour, spoke with me on nights and weekends, and her off days. She got me into this apartment in less time that I took another company to review my application. I'm still new to the area, but my encounter with Saddle Brook, including my new neighbors, has left me very hopeful.

Cydnee was AMAZING! She walked me through every step of the way, followed up with me about every odd request I had and was SO kind and personable! These apartments are beautiful inside and out and have an excellent reputation. They’re also in a safe and ideal location!

I did not like living here. I also find it odd that all of the positive reviews were posted around the same time.

I have lived at Saddlebrook over a year and am very happy here. It is near stores, restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful staff and the property is well maintained. A really nice place to live.

We have lived here for going on 3 years now. Management at first took a while to get anything fixed. Here recently management changed and now any problems we have gets fixed in a timely manner. Great neighborhood.

We have been living in Saddle Brook Apartments for over a year. I like this community very much. It is kept clean, quiet and safe. The people living here are very friendly, and so are the office staff. The pool and the hot water spa are great, though the equipments in the gym are too old.

Saddle Brook Apartments is a great place to live. It’s centrally located and the amenities are great. Staff is super friendly and attentive.

My time there was great. With the exception 1 issue. When I left they tried to bill me for new carpet. I was there less than a year and vacuumed and shampooed the carpet regularly. They also assured me when I moved in the carpet had just been replaced and was new. Their excuse for the charge, the manager that did the walk through was no longer working there. And they didn’t have her notes on why they replaced the carpet. And I didn’t know either because they didn’t let me know when I was supposed to go through the walk through with them. Beware. No deposit doesn’t mean they won’t charge you at the end.

Saddle Brook Apartment is a great place to live. I love the area. It's close to everything. The apartment complex has a homey feeling and the staff are very friendly.
