Sabal Club

I have to say, Sabal Club has been the best apartment complex I've lived in or even visited since moving to Florida 24 years ago! The bedrooms are nice and big, especially the master bedroom with a huge bathroom and huge walk-in closet The guest bedroom has it's own vanity room and large closet. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer right off of the kitchen. The area is excellent and I've never had such nice neighbors! It has that "camping feel" because it's nestled in between so many trees and there is a lot of wildlife, including birds, bunnies, and a lot of deer! The screened-in patios are huge and it's so nice to sit outside and relax in a quiet neighborhood. My favorite part was having a fireplace! As for maintenance, I've never had to wait for anything to be fixed, they were always prompt, professional, and courteous. The manager Robin is amazing! She makes sure the property is properly maintained and treats the tenants with kindness and respect. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my 5 years there. Thank you Robin and Sabal Club for making our living experience the best!

I love living here. I'm very comfortable. My apartment is spacious and affordable. The community is quiet and the residents are all very friendly. I've already recommended it to my son and he moved in December 30.

The maintenance team is great! They are always nice and work hard.

The professional and yet personal attitude of the office management and the maintenance staff has made all the difference . They have always responded in a timely manner and with a friendly attitude.

Everything.. from the move in to maintenance issues has been professional and prompt.

I am an avid swimmer and I am delighted that the pool and pool is kept clean

I already have recommended this apartment to my son. He moved in New years eve. We love it here.

I do not think that there is value for the rent charged, and all of the additional monthly charges are way too much.

It's not just this apartment complex, but the amount of increase in rent per month is unjust in any circumstance.

I only write this specific category as a four simply because it has only recently improved and I hope that those strides will continue to improve as time goes on.

The maintenance men are extremely nice and helpful. They are also very accommodating for a dog who requires at least one pet before they can start work.

I would so far recommend anyone I know to this community. They have been spot on with the work and work in a timely manner.

It is comfortable and lovely with the nature and landscape but don't expect nice things.

I would recommended it, but if the rental price continuing to increase the way it does, it would be difficult.

The community has changed over the years and as young people move in lifestyles are different than older folks- young not as clean with there apartments outside and tend to smoke marijuana several times a day- hard to sit on porch or keep windows open.

As a new tenant it was great to see quick response to service requests

The community is wonderful. The price increase for rent is beyond my understanding. Nobody has got a raise during Covid, I cannot put my head around a 30% increase in rent.

We actually just had our family fly down for a tour lol. Honestly I love it here, neighbors are great, leasing office staff are amazing. Everything has been good!! Renting an apartment right now is so tough, especially with rent pricing climbing like they are.

Office and maintenance staff always smiling and courteous. The property is beautiful and even though older apartments, everything is kept in good condition.

There is definitely not enough maintenance staff and vendors arenâ??t held accountable for things like my situation where they put carpet over a floor that had an obvious issue.

Office staff and maintenance crew are all wonderful individuals! Always offer a smile with the excellent service they provide.

It is very difficult to reach the Property Manger. When you leave a message for them they do not call u back and do not return your calls.

We were shown an updated apartment model but when we got our apartment it was very outdated. Carpet was so old it was flat and compressed, dishwasher looked like it was from the 70s, cabinets seemed original ones from when built. Every time anyone in the building turned on a faucet all the pipes rattled loudly making it hard to sleep. Dogs kept getting fleas from common areas.

Great Maintenance Team Staff and Outstanding Responsive Office Management & Team Staff. I love living at Sabal Club.

It is a quiet neighborhood, the apartments are pretty big and the bathroom is pretty nice. Despite it being older buildings, the newer additions such as jacuzzi bathtubs and stainless steel appliances are worth it.

In addition to the office staff, the service staff has been truly outstanding--especially in spite of everything that's been going on over the last 12 months. We've had a handful of issues, which is to be expected over three years, and every single time they've been extremely quick to respond and fix the problem. Professional, courteous, and friendly. I often see them while jogging around the property and I'm always met with a wave and smile--and even some words of encouragement to finish my workout!

While the surrounding area is nice, there are noisy neighbors, dogs that bark on the porches unaddressed for hours into the night, maintenance issues that go ignored, or not taken seriously. The price is too high and I would not call this "luxury living"

Love Sabal Club. One of the few complex that still have a beautiful natural setting with all the trees . Its very forestry looking . Quiet serene . Love all the surrounding ponds and ducks and all animals .great place ! Very pleased

The community is quiet, clean and centrally located. The personnel in the leasing office are sensitive and responsive to my needs. Maintenance repairs are dealt with quickly. Additionally, the community is located in a great neighborhood.

I was touring apartments due to a job relocation and would recommend Sabal, as we found the property to be clean and friendly. We took a tour with a leasing person, named Jackie, who answered all of our questions and was friendly. The apartments were well maintained with only a few minor issues. We were all set to go but my job at the last minute cancelled my relocation. This complex is on my list, if ever get the transfer I have been waiting for (fingers crossed).

Based on maintenance everything was done efficiently. In regards to the apartment I consider them to be outdated I've seen them before in the past and they're exactly the same as they were in 2006 minor changes only . Again maintenance crew worked efficiently knowledgeable and quickly A+ for them

We have not gotten our deposit and it's over a month and no letter we are in the dark
