The lower level features a game room with a wet bar, three 85" smart TVs, a 22ft custom-made shuffleboard table, board games, and a large gathering area. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large island, barstool seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, one high chair, and kids' dinnerware. Outside, there is a large gravel area with a fire pit, dining set, gas grill, and lounge furniture seating. Ten parking spaces are available.
