Ryan Green Apartments

Worms crawling in from outside all over our living room carpet. Cold air coming in from patio doors and below window. Could not even put a chair there cause you would freeze in the winter. They are mean.

Terrible sink problem, constant floods. There was a terrible flood, that came through into my closet area, where the hot water heater is, terrible, and it destroyed all of my wrapping paper, not to mention it took several weeks to get that taken care of, pics to follow. Sometime later, I noticed is was very wet underneath the bathroom sink, we will call this bathroom number 1.Someone came to look at it, and said it was fine.My daughter used to take her tablet and go sit in that bathroom and play , so she wouldn’t be disturbed. Her asthma, flared up more often, and she even got thrush, have medical records to prove. I called again, because a makeup holder under the sink had about 3 inches of water in it, they came over within a few days, only because I said, I need someone over here, because I will not be responsible for any flooding over here. When the sink and walls had to be torn up, it was covered in mold, everywhere, I have never seen so much mold in my life, pics as well. The thrush, and asthma, frequent migraines. Fast-forward to the part when the sink underneath flooded so bad, all of the wood rotted, and the hallway closet, closet got drenched, family pictures, wrapping paper, baby clothes, scrubs,keepsakes So, again, I let them know, they came over, and had to literally tear up the walls, I went weeks without another bathroom. Pictures as well. This also happened to the other bathroom, only it wasn’t completely torn apart. I also was getting ice inside and on patio door in the bedroom, Numerous times, and calls, and they kept saying it was my heat causing this. I got so much ice and water inside that my whole area of carpet was wet, the peeling paint had covered up more mold. The entire patio outer ridges covered in mold. Upon leaving, I was charged for cleaning of the “Soot”, there was no soot, that was the mold that they refused to take care of. Additional expense of having a painter hired by RG, without knocking, and without permission, walk in to my apartment unannounced, with my teen daughter in her underwear, and me in a nightgown, we screamed so my dog ran to the door and jumped on him, scratching him,and RG decided since the painter called the cops, it was no longer RG problem. My dog had to be quarantined/ Rabies checks for 3 weeks, 370.00$ later. A stranger should not walk into my home without announcing himself.If anyone would like to see all of the pictures, I have them. Already filed report with BBB, and Consumer Protection

While there are not a ton of amenities, Ryan Green apartments fit the bill for what I was looking for: A low cost dog friendly apartment complex. Extremely strict on cleaning up dog waste the grounds are kept up nicely and have great green spaces to allow play with your pup. As really the only dog friendly apartment in the area in this price range my options were limited, Ryan Green apartments was still able to fill my needs nicely.
