The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Rush Crossing
2 bedroom with full bath and half bath. Walk in closet space, laundry area and more. One of the newest and glorious additions to the Trenton area!

Thank you for your comment! We are proud to be part of the Trenton Area community and look forward to being part of the exciting future of the city.
I live here this will be my second year and I love it my neighbors are nice and I like that they have a playground where I can take my son. You have your own washer and dryer and dishwasher which is a life saver. And since I have a 2 bd townhome its 2 floors which I love. The office staff are always helpful and polite and are really nice. Cons are you have to pay for water every month and parking isnt so great.

Thank you for your positive review! We are so glad you enjoy living at Rush Crossing and have decided to stay with us for a second year. I'm sorry to hear you are having a difficult time with parking. We are always interested in hearing our resident's concerns and suggestions so please feel free to stop by and discuss this with office staff. Thank you again for your review and for choosing to make Rush Crossing your home!
These are nice, like the fact you have your own washer and dryer in your Apt, door bell, own entrance, you can even put your security alarm in, what I do not like is the neighborhood is run down. Would not feel comfortable walking around in it. Another minus, you have to pay for water, gas and electric, gee, your not buying this, it is an apt.
I saw pictures online and thought it was very nice. When I called to schedule an appointment for a showing, I found out we didnt qualify to live there.
I enjoy seeing the two bedroom apartment. I really like them because they look more like a house, i apply for 3 three bedroom . Only thing the bedrooms could be a little bigger. i will look forward to hearing from Rush Crossing, but was told I'm very far on the list. I feel it will be a safe place to live.
I visited the property and love the look of then but I don't care for the office staff.
I've only viewed area of property. Train Station, schools, elementary and high school all within walking distance. Very convenient.
It is not in the section of Trenton I looking for. The office staff person did not know how to direct us to the site.
