Property Ratings at Royal Manor Apartments
Since the new owners took over a few years back, Royal Manor has been updated and looks great! The apartments are nice and there's a lot of space! The staff is always working hard to make the property look nice. The staff and the owner are very friendly and help their tenants as much as they can. Maintenance is knowledgeable and on top of everything! The property is always taken care of whether it's sunny or snowing! The events are fun and it's nice getting to know my neighbors! I recommend Royal Manor to anyone looking for an apartment!
Old apartments and too much noisy from upstairs or down stairs depends on which floor is being rented, poor maintenance especially during winter time. Highly expensive rentals, not worth for what you get, although the location is ok. Not a freindly management, i wish i could give less than one star rating if available. Oh by the way, dont expect your security deposit back when you vacate but you could very well expect additional charges.
We moved into Royal Manor Apartments due to the recent rennovations and excellent value for the pricing. Enjoy your choice or 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments.
the apts are very modern all up grades the area is excellent but I have two major problems .( 1)the rent is very high I've lived here for 3 years and it went from 880 to -1095 per month which I cannot afford any longer being a senior citizen, (2) the apt doors do not have security locks and in Pittsburgh we have a lot. Lot. of home invasions ,and it makes me very uneasy the landlord does not allow any other locks
The Appartment is freshly remodeled and is in very nice shape; new bathrooms and kitchen. Nice apartment complex in a nice location.
