Located 30 minutes from Columbus, Pataskala is a small city great for families. The suburb has a community pool, a golf course, and is packed with neighborhood parks constantly filled with children playing or teenagers hanging out. The Thomas J. Evans Foundation Park hosts multiple community events including the Easter Egg Hunt and 4th of July Fireworks Show. Good schools and access to a wide variety of shopping and local eateries attract families too. Parents who work in the city enjoy quick commutes each day. Although Pataskala is great for families, anyone can choose the town as their home.

Property Ratings at Roxford Village
First, there's no on-site management or maintenance. There's never any parking when you get home from work and nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. Everything you see advertised, including a playground or assigned parking and the privacy fences are a lie. They removed the fences and said they were putting in new one's. That was 2 years ago. They decided that we couldn't grill out anymore but dont worry, they were putting in grilling stations. That never happened either. There's no big tree's shown in these pictures so who knows how old these pictures are. Repairs are not made, even after calling week after week after week. The ac constantly goes out and they don't care if your child has asthma or other health issues. There's no parking when you get home from work and no regular maintenance. The drug activity was really bad until the last 6 months. Management is always changing and the one now is very unpleasant no matter how patient and nice you are. She doesn't know how to be civil and thinks it's okay to talk disrespectful. You're supposed to accept it or she'll just hang up on you. Right after we moved in we saw the neighbors carry in live chickens. Then an hour or 2 later there's a bloody board or cut log on the porch. The pungent curry smell is so strong it comes through the walls. Rules constantly change depending on the kind of day management has. They don't put your rent check through until its convenient and then try to charge you with a late fee months later. That only happened a couple times. They could care less about you or the apartments. Do yourself a favor, no matter how good it sounds find something else.
You may think the price is good but trust me, managers change constantly, rules are never the same. A lot of drug activity. Extremely limited parking, you will almost never find a spot when you come home from work. Doesn’t respond to maintenance requests in a reasonable amount of time. Took down the fences around the porches and never put them back up. If you want peace and a decent place to live this is NOT the place for you!
