This complex needs a lot of work from trash sitting outside the dumpster, people outside playing loud music until 1-2am. Noisy neighbors. The walls knock every time you flush the toilet or get in the shower. It’s embarrassing to have company over.Management never have a solution for any real problems

I am having a lot of issues with this apartment since I moved here and seems no one really care about it. Maintenance come (when they come) 'fix' part of the problem with palliative care and next week is broken again.

Roswell Village deserves a higher rating than it has. Apartment life is always going to come with cons, as you can never choose your neighbors or their lifestyles. With that being said, the team here does a great job at trying to be fair and accommodate everyone. Yes, I've run into issues, but they worked with me until they were solved. Not many other communities are so willing. Also, this has to be hands down the friendliest staff. From the office to maintenance, anytime I wave or say hello, they ALWAYS return the kindness.

Roswell Village is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful! I love the people here because they are very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are very clean and everyone is good about cleaning up after their dogs.

Has been an excellent community to live in. Very peaceful and helpful management. Maintenance is on top of things compared to other places. An example is when people get lazy and start leaving trash outside of the compactors it usually is only building up for a few hours before someone comes down and gets rid of that eye sore. Also they attend requests fairly quickly. Chelsea is always very helpful.

Overall, the community is kind, the exterior front facing is pretty presentable…save the spiders… but the lots are kept up and with the amount of disrespectful trash that builds up in a day at the dumpster, kudos to a great job… it’s relaxed at night and with as many people that live here, everyone seems really respectful and considerate. I’m glad I made this my new home.

I like Roswell Village. I will admit that a little love and attention needs to be paid to the basic apartments. There are a few minor issues that needs to be tended to (i.e. corners of counter tops, attention to baseboards, etc.). Overall, this is a great space for the price. I would definitely recommend.

The absolute WORSR apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Management is unresponsive and couldn’t care less about their residents (until they find something to fine them about). Units are not kept in good shape and rent is WAY too overpriced considering what you’re getting. The unit we moved into had extensive water damage, mold issues and cockroaches. All of our appliances broke and maintenance took MONTHS to fix them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE. This apartment complex is disgusting and they will shamelessly take your money while leaving you in squalor conditions.

They take forever to complete work orders. They do not respond to emails, phone calls or voicemails. They do not follow your direction when placing work orders. They do not contact you before entering your home.

We moved into our apartment a few months ago and have had non-stop issues ever since. There was extensive water damage in our apartment that looked very shoddily covered with a coat of paint. Shelves are warped and sides of cabinets are bubbled. Every appliance in our kitchen has broken at least once besides the stove, we're currently waiting for a new dishwasher and microwave. Guess how long we've been waiting? If you said less than a month you're incorrect! No responses to ANY of the emails we sent, I had to go up to the office and demand the number of the regional manager just to get some answers. Overall, an incredibly poor experience that I cannot wait to be over with. We really wanted to be here for a few years but we're three months into our lease looking for a way out. Dont make the same mistake we did, choose a better apartment complex. This one is absolutely horrid.

My husband and I moved in to Roswell Village when we got married, and have enjoyed it here. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The protocol for packages being delivered is very secure in my experience, and the maintenance staff is also responsive and prompt. I can’t imagine a better complex to stay in especially for the price. Their pet policy is reasonable too even though we don’t have pets now, we are considering getting some in the future.

The community is quiet and seems to be a good place for children and budding families. I haven't had any issue with neighbors and maintenance has been pretty quick to service any concerns, even in emergency situations. Haven't had to contact management since I moved so I guess that's a good thing.

So far this has been a horrible experience from moving to a place with roaches then not being properly compensated for having to hire my own exterminator, for hotels, and for other items having to be purchased to try and kill the roaches to then being moved to a place that cost more than the initial rent. And now my work order not even being followed up on but being submitted as complete.

As a 3 year resident, overall I have had a great experience living here! Maintenance request are fulfilled in a timely manner, & people have been nice to interact with. There is a sense of community, safe for kids, & I have not had any problems with theft. They aim to keep it a clean beautiful property & my neighbors are great! I hope for communication to be improved but other than that I will stay here as long as I continue to rent!

Dirty and dangerous with unhelpful, sometimes outright hostile staff who specialize in disgusting attitudes. Over Christmas, management at the apartments took off for the holiday and left residents without a working fire safety system. Talk about scary! Not only that, but same managers failed to leave faucets dripping in vacant units amid the Arctic freeze. Lo and behold, at least fourteen units sustained horrific damage and flooding according to maintenance workers. FOURTEEN! Imagine traveling for the holidays and returning to find your roof caved in + your furniture, electronics, and other personal items destroyed. Imagine the ceiling falling in on top of you or your children! Don’t expect any help or consideration from the managers who made that mess or from the maintenance workers. Dumpsters frequently overflow, with garbage strewn out into the street like some third world country with no infrastructure. Roaches abound in units if my experience is anything to go by and maintenance hasn’t solved the infestation despite outreach. If this kind of nightmare sounds appealing, look no further!

Roswell Village is a great place to live. There have been a few opportunities throughout my 2.5 years of residency at the complex, but the management team are responsive towards the concerns.

Un mes sin aire acondicionado. Nadie responde, nadie da la cara, no responden los corderos. ineficiencia absoluta. Tengo dos niños pequeños y hemos pasado trabajo sin el aire. Muy mala administración. No es el lugar correcto. Muy mal trato a los inquilinos.

The Gates never work. There was recently a shooting and management didn’t care. It’s infested with cats and dead cats.
I've had enough with this apartment complex! After living here and being loyal resident for over 5 years i am so fed up with poor management! Its been getting progressively worse over the years and now i feel like they do everything they can so I move out after my lease is up! Management doesn't answer emails in timely manner (or at all), rude leasing office staff, maintenance is not fixing things in the apartment in timely manner, security gate never works, garbage container is always overflow, roaches, noisy neighbors....!
Please do not live in the location. No one in management has a clue how to communicate anything properly, nothing functions, and don’t except stuff to be done when you want. There are some kids here who go around and make noise and I literally saw small kids walking around peeing in the grass in the middle of the day. This is not a family place so please don’t live here if you care about your safety. Someone got their car broken into and instead of cleaning the glass up, they just blew it all over the parking lot. Oh but the pictures are so nice! Well it’s a facade that they put up. If anyone from their management team says to email them to improve their experience, it won’t happen, I can promise you that. The only good thing going for them was their leasing team which they fired, and their maintenance team which consists of 2 good people. I repeat: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
We have lived here for about 2 years. The gates are broken a lot of the time. When we tell management about the issue, they open the gates, but don’t fix the fact that our cards won’t work. They also reset everyone’s card, so that no one could get in, without telling us. There has been trash piling up at the dumpsters, since the trash compactor has been broken for 4 months. Management is unresponsive. We had a leak and they ignored it for nearly a month. Management also likes to close the leasing office early and then get mad when you come in with an hour left before closing. Has had issues where they have taken out more than what our rent costs. Causing us overdraft fees. Pinnacle, the company that owns them and other apartments, is a little better, but you shouldn’t need to call them, just to get basic issues resolved.
I would recommend because of location and comfortable space for a 1/1 apt. Would not recommend because of experience after moving in.
The staff lady in leasing office with big glasses and curly hai was not very understanding about my complaint and she showed a least concerned attitude
The grounds are not kept clean. I know this has a lot to do with tenants taking pride in their surroundings and not littering in the first place...but I'm not sure how often the common areas are cleaned up.
if you are looking for mature individual living then roswell village is the place. more incentives should be given to renters that continue to release after three years, and upgrading new carpet etc
