The pictures you see aren't the reality. I lived here for two years and this was the most miserable experience of my life. It was filthy, the units were insect-infested and smelled horrible. Your electric bill will be in the hundreds because of the old furnaces. The landscape was nothing but dirt and filthy streets. They had a laundry but I never used it. They went through several staffing changes and while they were nice, the prices listed don't justify living here.

Called to ask about apartments listed on this website and the guy who answered knew absolutely NOTHING about them? I asked him about specific apartment numbers (853B) and he had to put me on hold just to come back and mimic what I HAD TOLD HIM. Then when asking about a second apartment he again asked me to hold and HUNG UP ON ME. I promptly called back and he then stated that there was NO APARTEMTS AVAILABLE and did not even apologize for hanging up on me. I don't even know if he was accurate in saying nothing was available or just trying to get off the phone because he knew nothing and was helpless.
This is simply THE WORST, THE NASTIEST and poorest customer service you’ll ever have. Water bill is $120.00/month. Is that RIDICULOUS or what??? Ask ANY resident and they’ll tell you EXACTLY the same.
The first night of moving in I encountered roaches. The leasing agents are all pleasant and nice but that's about it. You pay monthly for pest, the pest people come weekly and no matter all you see is roaches. It's really bad and unhealthy, especially having children. Roaches in the kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, all over the walls and all over your furniture. If you like paying rent to stay with roaches go right ahead. You'll be right at home at Roswell Creek. I will not be resigning my lease.
The apartments seem nice enough. Once I was moved in, my dryer vent was blocked somewhere down the line so my neighbors dryer blew directly into my apartment the entire time I lived there even with 8 maintenance requests to have it fixed. I fought roach infestation the entire time I was there. I moved the refrigerator from the wall to find hundreds, if not thousands, of roach carcasses. I am an extremely clean person and even gave up cooking in my house because of the infestations to no avail. The neighbors are very friendly but there are lots of barking dogs in the complex (often left on balconies for all to enjoy). The leasing office has a very high turnover rate and the staff is never fully trained on how to communicate information or how to put very important documents (such as the required 90-day notice to vacate) in your file. When you go to move out, you could be threatened to pay an additional 3 months of rent plus $200/month fees if you don't have proof that you gave them your notice. Do not move here unless you absolutely HAVE to. Not worth the price or the hassle.
The quality of work done at this complex is so poor they might as well not do any. They are slooooow to respond, do bad work & don't completely fix everything you ask for.
Great place, lot of hoops to jump through and not really worth the expense. Staff was very nice and answered all our questions.
The location is great, convenient to everything. Apartment is a good size but quality of workmanship is poor, maintenance is very slow but office staff is friendly, helpful & easy to talk to. They have no online rent payments, which is very antiquated. LOTS of kids on property. Can be loud on weekends.
Moved in recently, LOVE the place. A little pricey but I will pay more for a clean, safe and well taken care of complex. Love Love Love that the pool stays open after Labor Day, we really enjoy it! Good neighbors, nice area and I feel safe . Property manager was incredible nice, she walk outside her office to welcome us to our new home, the leasing agent very friendly and took the time to explained everything in our contract.
I toured here today. This is the most unclean apartment complex I have ever been to, and I was only saw a small amount of the property. The wood columns at the entrance to the apartment were rotting, wires were protruding from both sides of the door frame, and trash was spilling out of the dumpster visible from the front patio. I saw heaps and heaps of trash everywhere, which suggests that they are a little understaffed in the maintenance/sanitation department. The apartment itself, however, looked to be very nice on the inside. I was honestly shocked. I'm not too aware of the crime rates at the complex, or anything about noise levels, but if you want to live somewhere clean and well maintained, don't bother touring
The apartment itself was very nice. The price you couldn't beat! The staff was warm and welcoming. The issue was we arrived around end of the business day and the parking lot was full of people milling around. Children running back and forth which is fine, but people were spilled out into the parking lot with apartment doors open. It looked like a very noisy, busy place. So we passed on the apratment.
