Horribles place to live!! Manager's wife is rude for no reaosn, SOO MANY COCKROACHES!!!! The hallways are so noisy with kids crying all the time. For the price you’re paying it’s not worth it. Omg and literally the person living upstairs from me, you can literally hear his snores and footsteps!!! Don’t waste your money here.
To be honest this is one of those hidden gems that you only hear about through word of mouth. When I need something fixed I get a date and time to when it will be fixed. You have your own parking space and management works with you.
The place seems to be okay somehow a good place to stay for a while with the space needed
Estos departamentos son una cochinada están súper viejos aparte los encargados son una porque ría no tiene educación no saben tratar alas personas todo casi nada sirve supuestamente están remodelados pero no las tuberías huelen horrible el calentador de agua ase un montón de ruido y para colmo si te gusta ordenar cosas por Fedex Ups o cual qui er otro nunca te pueden entregar los paquetes por qué no tiene permiso para entrar y si tienes niños ni bengas aquí por qué no pueden acer nada por qué de todo te llaman la atención o sea no recomiendo para nada estos departamentos es lo peor ??
This place is absolutely not worth the money. The manager is absolutely the worst. The amount of a power trip he has every time you interact with him is quite hilarious. He thinks he is better than everyone he interacts with. There are constant cockroaches no matter how clean your apartment is and they only come once a year to put venom which is required by law. If the shower or toilet gets clogged the manager will blame you and charge you a fee for to unclog it. Which is illegal, it is the landlords responsibility to do routine maintenance.
El lugar es muy viejo y no hay tranquilidad. El manager es muy despota y grosero; ademas que insulta a los inquilinos. No deberia de estar a cargo de ese lugar. No tiene la capacidad ni la educacion para estar en ese cargo.
