staff is friendly and responds quickly when we express concerns about the apartment. however i feel that there are times when maintenance takes awhile to fix some issues with the unit. otherwise we have no issues

The Marijuana smell is too strong. It stinks something horrible. I love the the peace and quiet of the community. Everything is close to us and easy to commute to and from.

The community is nice. They should clean by the dumpsters more often and get rid of these stray cats that hang out in front of the buildings

Great experience so far so good. Not much to complain about except the maintenance team needs to do better. The community is great, clean and safe.
I've been here for a little over 2 weeks and I love it. So peaceful And I still haven't met the neighbors ?? but overall I'm here for the long haul

Good neighborhood, pretty quiet and safe. Staff members seem polite enough as well. I wish there were more amenities available to community members, like a gym or garden area. The pool availability also leaves something to be desired.
So far I love the neighborhood and apartment. It’s way bigger than my last apartment. Love the appliances and my neighbors aren’t disrespectful.
I like that it’s kid Friendly and a quiet environment. I like that the apartment is spacious and it’s lots of room to move around and really feel like home.
The staff are really nice and helpful. The surrounding area is nice and quiet, kids but still quiet. The apartment is great overall, large and great community.

I stayed in the office for three hours on two different days. Nelly was beyond patient. She assisted me and my two sons. We had expired IDs but she scheduled an appointment on mva just so we can have updated information. We asked lots of questions, switched dates twice and she still didn't break a sweat. The home we have is perfect since I have limited mobility. The community is nice and the staff is great but Nelly was simply perfection.
Great other than the roaches … those make you want to not live here anymore. Everything else is fine and great neighborhood. Wish the roaches would just not be here if everyone just kept it clean and they sprayed it would be better.

It's a great community, very family oriented, everything is in the area as well so it's very easy access to the highways, Walmart and the markets.
Great community. Staff is super friendly. Staff helps you when needed without questions. Friendly neighbors. Nice area. Not far from Walmart, Giant, and Sam's Club
Great Place. I have been living here for 4 years and I have never had any problems with apartment. Everything is right in the area stores and hospitals
The leasing office responds quickly via phone call or email to any questions/issues you may have. When water outages or other apartment wide issues occur, residents are informed about it immediately via the portal and email and are kept informed of the situation in a timely manner. They’re is always room in the dumpsters for your trash and it is dumped on a regular basis so typically there is not a huge over flow of garbage, boxes, old furniture sitting around the dumpsters. Parking is typically not an issue and you can find a spot in front of your apartment. Sometimes you need to park a bit further away from the building if it is in the evening when most residents have come home from work.

I moved into the apartment today, the unit that was assigned to me was so unkept, dirt and disgusting. I came to check the unit a month before and I was told by the person that attended to me that the apartment was going to be cleaned. The kitchen tape was damaged, the washer and dryer was very dirty, the refrigerator was so dirty and the refrigerator light was broken. The apartment is meant to be an upgraded stainless steel apartment but I got the regular shiit. I deeply regret moving in here. I can’t just cancel anymore because my furnitures are meant to be delivered today. The fact that I’m paying a luxury price for this place is so annoying. I wish my one month lease can be today!!!

A quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but for the shuffling of feet from the apartment above. Responsive maintenance team as well. I like the sense of security that comes with the peacefulness of the environment
Not too satisfied at all. Just grateful for a roof over my head. Put in a maintenance request on April 11th. To date, we are still awaiting for the part to come in. At this point, I am ready to purchase the part on my own and see if the cost can be offset from my rent. Smh!
Experience was great, office staff was pleasant. When I moved in everything was great. Apartment was neat and clean no complaints.I am very satisfied with my move.
Living here has been so good for me and my family. The grounds are well kept, I easily communicate with my neighbors and the staff who work here. My commute to work is a breeze. All my favorite places to shop and eat are near by. Walking and exercising is safe in this community. I love it here ??

A very peaceful environment with good management. There is no case of harassment, embarrassment experienced so far since I stared living in the estate. Management committed to ensure that the environment worth living. They do inform the residents ahead before any maintenance or observation is being carried out in the apartment. This helps them to deliver their job seamlessly without distracting the residents.
