The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Rosewood Village
These people are very unprofessional. Rented apartment out from under us when we were waiting to hear the next step from them. Owner was very unprofessional.
We were given a 24 hour window to decide whether we could afford to pay double security deposit, based on something that came back on my boyfriend's credit check. Within that time frame, actually the night of, we confirmed that we would be willing to pay. The next day, the rental was leased out from under us, still within the 24 hour window we were given. Management was unwilling to resolve the issue. I have filed a complaint with BBB.
I lived in a two-bedroom apartment for one year and had an awful experience. Upon moving in, my unit had not been cleaned whatsoever besides possibly the carpeted areas. The hardwood actually made my socks dirty and had to be thoroughly cleaned immediately. There were also some crayon marks on the walls and floors from the previous owner that were not removed. Also, the refrigerator and oven were extremely dirty on the inside and needed to be cleaned before they could be used. After cleaning the oven, it then did not work and maintenance had to switch it out for another. So all that cleaning of the original was for nothing. At least they were able to find me a clean one when they replaced it. The actual layout of the apartment was nice and spacious. However, that wasn’t enough to make up for what I encountered as the months went on. Everything appeared to be quiet for about the first week. After that, I had to endure my obnoxiously loud neighbor above me for the rest of my stay. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, which doesn’t help. I could literally hear my neighbor walking (was always pacing back and forth), talking on the phone and to other people with his booming loud voice (which he did pretty much constantly), using his microwave, peeing (no lie), and moving furniture around. Oh yeah, and his little kid would often visit and would run around and scream. This neighbor also had a party one time with many guests, which continued until 1am I believe with loud music and obnoxious voices. I complained verbally to the manager of the company and he assured me he would talk to the guy. However, nothing came from it and I had to deal with this torture for almost a year, which was not easy considering my job required me to work on many projects from home. I also emailed the manager, and my email was ignored. I am sure many people have had a good experience at Rosewood Village, but sadly, my experience made it the worst year of my life. If you are going to stay here, make sure to get a top-level apartment (I never did hear the neighbor to my side), or perhaps a townhome. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this complex.
Been living here for 3 years very peaceful. Management is super friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I love the fact that the neighborhood is ked friendly always doing things for family fun around holidays maintenance is always courteous and very helpful I truly love it hear.
My wife and I lived here for about 2 years and were pretty happy with it. The apartments are a good size for the price, our building was very quiet, never any noise issue. The gym and the pool were a nice addition, and the facility is very pet friendly which was nice. The shopping center in front has some very nice food and drink options that are easily walk able. There were a few negatives though to go along with the perks. The maintenance staff much left to be desired. When we first moved in they were great, quick to respond, friendly and professional. I am not sure if they switched maintenance companies or if things just took a turn for the worse, but they were terrible to deal with by the end. It would take 3 or 4 request and 3 weeks of waiting to get something fixed. They also entered our apartment without anyone there, no phone call asking if it was ok to enter, and no note on the door or in the apartment letting us know that they had been there. I know it is an apartment and they have to enter to fix things, but a little notice that they had been there would have been nice, especially since it started out that way. The front door is suppose to be a secure entrance, but it was broken more than it worked. Sometimes it just wouldn't lock, others it wouldn't open. Had some other issues when moving out. Some with the security deposit return, some with maintenance, and some other things. All in all I would recommend it, but they could definitely improve in many areas.
I simply love my apartment/townhome at Rosewood Village. The community is amazing, views are spectacular and the oversized homes are like none I've ever seen before. I love that it is so pet friendly as well. For a one time fee you have 24 hour fitness center access (and not a dinky little fitness center, stuffed in the corner of some room) and outdoor pool access during the summer. It's absolutely fabulous!
For the first time in over 30 years, i had to rent and luckily, I found rosewood village apartments and townhomes..I am 68, and love my location because I fill safe and secure in my surroundings with a gymn and pool if i want and everything I need within a five to ten mile radius. A great place to live for everyone...
