Property Ratings at Rosemont Windermere
Fantastic location and serene setting. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, however the walls are thin. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are maintained but several amenities are neglected. The only pool on site was closed for 4 months (Feb-May) with no repairs or improvements made. Residents were informed that upcoming closures should be expected for repairs. The lights over the dog park have been out since October. The hammock park has been missing 2 of the 4 hammocks for 6 months. Several buildings have blinking external lights that need to be replaced.

Everyone is friendly and I love how peaceful it is here . Feels like a vacation all the time, everything is close such as theme parks, bank and grocery stores.

I am not at all satisfied, as I am unable to use the pool because it has been closed for almost 3 months because of the paver. I offered to do the repair and they told me that there was already a company that does the service but they don't fix it either!

Great community!! I love how quite it is. It's a nice area. The staff is very easy to talk to. I like tge fact that they strive to make sure that the environment is comfortable for everyone. They keep the complex looking really nice.

I love how great and understanding people the staff is better than my last lease to be honest maintenance is great I could be late with my rent one time because I may have a surgery or something important they will work with u but of course it’s all within reason

I love this community… the only downside is that if you rent the smallest 1 bedroom unit they do not offer a washer and dryer in the unit. They do offer a laundry facility but it’s not the same as having the convenience of having a washer/ dryer in your own unit.

Very nice apartments and feels like a safe neighborhood. Some cleanliness issues in the hallways and maintenance issues in the apartments and just generally on the buildings (broken handrails, staircases, etc). Good management and maintenance team

It’s been a great 1 and half and we love it here. It’s near my wife job and it’s always peaceful, we also love the green area. And the staff is nice and professional.

What used to be such a beautiful property is now hardly kept up. Buildings, handrails, stairs are falling apart. Numerous illegals living on site in apartments with 7-8 in one apartment at one time, which is against the lease. I am not sure where the people who said quiet live, because where I live on property all i hear is loud music, slamming doors and all i see is trash lying everywhere, broken soccer gate, empty alcohol bottles and cans and numerous kids playing in the road with little to no supervision. It is so sad that this place was once so nicely taken care of but now has turned into the ghetto of Windermere. Do not believe what they promise you, it is all lies. If you walk around and ask the residents who are probably afraid to leave their apartments, they will probably agree with me.

My husband and I have been renting at Rosemont Windermere for about 6 months now and honestly, we have nothing but good things to say! From day one, Myrna welcomed us and reassured us that although we hadn’t seen the apartment before we moved in, we would not be disappointed. That still stands to this day! We love our new home!! The apartment unit is very nice, however, there are a few concerns. There are a number of barking dogs in my building that can be heard through out the day, especially mornings and evenings, and available parking is a concern. Also, a few residents use their screened porches for storage. I have noticed a very bright blinking light at night from one of the buildings. I don’t know if it is a community light or on someone’s screened porch but it should be looked into. I will get more information and turn in a maintenance request. The staff here is very responsive, courteous, and helpful. The clubhouse and pool areas are inviting and fun.

The community at Rosemont Windermere is conveniently located near universal studios with quick access to I4. The complex is on a major road with a stoplight for easy access into and out of the entryway. The buildings are tucked back in between several large trees that provide shade and beauty. Ample parking is available within close proximity to the apartment entrances. The grounds are kept clean and the amenities are an added bonus.

I’ve moved 3 times in the past year, and lived in a total of 5 places. This is by far the best complex I’ve lived at so far. The leasing staff is so friendly and easy to create personal relationships with, the complex itself is so beautiful, and there are amenities for anything you could ever need. 5 stars all the way!!

I’ve been living here for approximately 3 years and I’ve seen a few management changes over all it’s a decent place to live with children playing in designated areas “ there’s a new playground” previously a tennis court .. I think the newest management are people focused I like that I’ve always paid rent on time but I had an issue once with putting my account info incorrectly and they took away the late charges… very nice swimming pool area and a fitness room with a peloton bike hoping that they will fix the raised seat very soon

Staff and community excellent, Gym could be better. Sometimes some neighbors didn’t respect community guidelines, sometimes pet owners didn’t take back home their pets poop.

The office staff and the maintince worker and the residents here are polite. When you need something fixed they are on it very quick. This is a very nice place to live.

Easy to move-in, and I love the view of the pond and how safe the complex feels! Would definitely recommend it to other people. Just renovated recently as well.

Very nice property, good maintenance service, they charge you for water for sewer no laundry machines, but they have 2 laundry rooms in the property,

Ive been here for 6 months now, and I have been ok with Rosemont for now. The pros living here have been that the pool is usually clean, shower water is always warm, the neighbors are somewhat quiet most of the time, and the staff are nice. Cons have been that I’ve put in MULTIPLE request for the AC because of the musty smell in my apartment and problem is still not fixed, last time the tech said there’s nothing more he can do and left, we’ve gotten multiple visits from the pest control but they are not effective at all and I honestly believe Rosemont is wasting money on these new guys. all they do is come in and spray the corners and leave. Those are the only 2 things that my wife and I are tired of asking to be addressed. Our experience could be so much better if these simple things get more attention. Then I could recommend Rosemont to some friends moving down this next year. Waiting for my last 6 months here to leave a main final review!

They have new management again. 3 in the past 4 years I’ve lived here. Maintenance puts a bandaid on everything. When stuff breaks they just say “we are working on it”. Hopefully this new management will be better. I couldn’t take it anymore and moved out.

Conveniently located and relatively quiet. The Office staff are always ready to help and maintenance is very quick in completing repairs. Cameras need to be installed for security.

Staff at office is friendly and helpful. Premises are always kept clean. The valet trash service could be a little better as far as schedules and I sure wish they would build a second dog park on the other side of the neighborhood. Oh! Please leave the second gate open!! Lol

Pool can be improved and social areas more well kept. It feels sometimes like the place is not clean enough and well kept, more landscaping/ gardening

The team is nice and management does their best to get any requests done in a timely manner, the units are in good condition and it’s very quiet and calmed.

My Resident experience is bitter sweet bitter my neighbor across from me dog barks alot.The community is clean and quiet sweet my tile want stay down in my unit for whatever reason other then that I have no complaints.
