Don’t waist your time! Nothing will get fixed including the the items you write on the list when you move in on day one! Trash is always everywhere! I can’t leave out the sounds of often gun fire! All the closets doors are horrible! I be had to fix my own stove! The fridges are horrible! My dishwasher was never installed correctly so it holds all water from the sink! The pest control company only sprays water so I had that done myself! I’m currently treating mold that no one cares about so I’m mopping water daily and cleaning to mold myself! I have a bucket in the restroom to keep as much water off the floors! I wish I could load all the pictures from move in to today!

I was told that I would be moving in today because my apartment would have them ready by today. I’ll go in and I asked the property manager to walk with me to the apartment first before we sign anything. As soon as we walked in the apartment trash is over the floor there is no stole the light fixture is broken this is just standing at the door way which you could see. As we walked inside the apartment electrical socket we’re hanging out of the wall the bathrooms were not dying they were disgusting both of them one of the doors had a hole in it. Then she proceeds to tell me that she would get everything fixed and I’ll be able to move in by three this is at 12 o’clock that she’s telling me as we are going through the things you’re looking at the counter you see you see roach droppings all over the counter and as we are opening a door a roach falls on me. I told her that due to health conditions I would need to be in another apartment she then explained to me I can’t give you a different apartment but this is the only apartment we have we can get this done by 3:30 give us till 330 I told her if I had to stay in here I would need all new appliances she said that she would switch out a refrigerator from another unit to put in that went and they couldn’t replace a dishwasher. This is disgusting and the property manager was NO HELP!!!

Large dogs even tho the lease say 20 lb only. Apartment always trash out. will tow your car doesn't matter if you are a lease holder. lights in my breezeway was out for 6 months walked right into a drug deal in the breezeway. shooting in parking lot might afternoon. and more Md getting worst.

I would recommend this property because it is a family friendly community. There are roaches in some of the apartments and some rules that I don't agree with. Other than that, it is a good spacious place to stay.

I would recommend Rosemont of Lancaster apartments if the person didn't make a lot of money. I find that this is a temporary living situation. Not a forever home. I would also tell them not to put any bicycles on your porch. I live on the 2nd floor and somehow 2 of my children's bicycles were stolen.

The front desk lady was amazing, however the lady who was in charge of her was rude to the fact that the front lady was going over my app and paper work when she told her to send me to the couch and come sit in with her on a recert as if I was not important or my time.

I stay in the Rosemonts of Lancaster. The appearance is wonderful, but there's a lot of kids who live here, so if you can deal with seeing them playing and hearing them every now and then you'll be fine. These are by far the nicest apartments in the area for your dollar! My only problem is the kids littering al the time, and THE FACT THAT THE POOL HAS BEEN BROKE FOR 3 SUMMERS IN A ROW!! THE matinence always reasons to fixing problems on time! The management is very professional nice, and open all the time. I also like the covered parking, ans the amount of accomodations in the area. Plenty of stores and Dine Ins.
