This place is 15min from my job and in a completely new area for me. Anaiyah was helpful in telling me all about the fun things to do in the area and how to make the space feel more like home during my tour. It’s only been a month but I love it here so far. Super fair price for the area and space

Quick response and solutions to maintenance was a huge factor when apartment searching. It shows me that management and maintenance take my concerns seriously and allows me to enjoy what I'm paying for without having to remember that I can't use something because it's not functioning appropriately.
It seems like a clean, well taken care of community managed by professional staff.

I would recommend these apartments because they are spacious, the location is close to everything including the major highway and the rent is somewhat reasonable. I wouldn't recommend these apartments because the ground aren't kept up well, they have a lot of water bugs and spiders, maintenance requests weren't responded quickly enough, the utilities are high for the quality of the apartment and doesn't include a washer and dryer. This makes the apartment rent a lot higher. Also, residents have to pay a separate water bill which adds on to the additional charges.

I think that the apartment complex has a lot of potential. I think that the exterior needs to be updated and the pool needs to be cleaned more often. I also think that they need to do a better job with the apartment grounds. It needs to be cleaner, especially near the mailboxes with all the mail flying around.
Quiet hours are enforced after 10:00 p.m. Medical urgent care locations are very close as as a dental office.

This is the first time the outcome met my expectations. The fact that there are new maintenance techs and office personnel, with an answering service for after hours, most likely plays a part. Trash is the biggest issue that has yet to be addressed with a final solution so I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending a place with such poor trash maintenance.
I’m not even a resident here and I’m unhappy with this place. I applied here for a 2BR 2BA APT, $150 all together, $50 for application, $100 admin fee. I received a call from Jennifer stating my income was not enough which makes no sense because I was approved by 2 other apt companies with the very same income. She gave me the option of adding on a roommate or having someone co-sign for the apt. I opted to add on a roommate but explained to her I didn’t really want to. Jennifer told me she would send me a link for my “roommate” and I decided against it she would refund my $100 admin fee. She reiterated several times that she needed the application to be submitted by the next day. The next day came and I had not received an email with the link. I called several times and even left messages with no call back. Two days went by of me calling and leaving messages. At this point I no longer want the apartment. Come the third day, I call and I speak to Antonio, a different management member. He tells me I can’t get back my admin fee because it’s been more than 24hrs. I explain to him, told him to check the messages there to see I’ve been calling and all he has to say is “yea, sorry you can’t get the admin fee back”. Ridiculous. Would never recommend this place.

Maintenance is the ONLY thing I would recommend about this property.
I'd recommend it because it checked every one of our boxes. It had washer/dryer, sunroom, good sized bathroom, and a big kitchen.
Safety...,it's usually well lit.people walk their dog all the time.safe,safe feeling.
Spacious floorplan and nice updated appliances. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to the highway.
The community is quiet and hidden away - which I love.
Would not: Non-Gated Would: Good floor plans, model and grounds well maintained

Overall it is a good community, residents are friendly and responsible. Being that it does not have a security gate it is quiet and appears to be peaceful. Good selection of residence.

Like where I am located now. I would recommend complex. I think several of the hallways need to be power washed. Again,safety is important, and I would express that to anyone interested in moving out here.

The finish work in the apartment is done shoddily. The apartment itself is very dark, not enough lighting. There?s trash that is overfilled. And roaches around, despite paying monthly for pest control.

Good area and is quiet. There isn?t a Park for kids and the windows allow non natural sunlight which I wish I noticed because that?s a big thumbs down. The toilets are made for children bc they are super low to the ground. Bad insulation and all cold air comes in your home. No water pressure. No lights in the home. You have to connect lamps to the outlets. Very outdated for the price.

I would love it if the grounds were treated for bugs and an outside area was available for reading, sunning or relaxing without being attacked from the bugs. Especially since there are no patios or balconies

staff is excellent, always friendly and got my AC up and running within two days - even thought they were working on several others as well. very impressed!
It's a small cozy complex that seems to be very quiet. The apartment look well kept and the staff was very genuine.
The community started off as one I enjoyed and felt safe. The last year got a little more unattractive due to environment. My car was also broken into.
I do and always will recommend. I don't know if you are aware that the sunroom doesn't have insulation and shows signs of what could be mold.which could be a health Hazzard
I love Rosemont at East Cobb
I would recommend anything that looks like the floor plan of the model. However, the lower half did not feel particularly warm or hospitable.
I'd be too embarrassed with the pest issue to highly rate the apartment; otherwise I'd be very likely to recommend this community.
I'd recommend it because it's a good price and because it's relatively safe. But what makes me not want to recommend it more is because getting maintenance by takes an awful long time.
I would recommend because of the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the place.I also love the security aspect of the community.
If you are looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable and reasonable priced place with easy access to I75, shopping, places to eat, and pleasant and helpful staff then give Rosemount a try.
