Think before you move here!!! People you should know!!! and the senior management of this complex should know about management of this complex location. This complex is terrible! You will wait about six months for something to be fixed for you! For the manager of this complex, it is considered normal that your washing machine does not work for months, the dishwasher does not work, the stove does not heat, your bathtub has become rusty... I had a problem a year ago with my dishwasher when I called the office they told me that now there are not enough workers to come fix it, everyone is busy. 2 months have passed since the day I submitted my application and I call again and they tell me the same thing. This year I had a problem and I called the office to solve it, the answer was the same as a year ago, there are not enough workers, everyone is busy! They just don’t want to repair anything for you, they say it’s not urgent, you can go to the city washing rooms for another six months and wash the dishes with your hands, and in 5 months we may come and see how to help you, but for now, live like this. And so with everyone!!! The common grill areas have been out of service at the main pool for about six months now. And the tennis court has been closed for almost 2 years!!!!

Management and staff do a good job but the extreme rent increases EVERY YEAR is ridiculous.

Overall Rosemeade provides a safe and clean environment
I'm going on my second year at Rosemeade Olympus point and needed upgrade from one bedroom to a three bedroom and the staff made the transition very smooth easy and stress free. The community is great, friendly and feels like home. The property is very pleasing to the eye and kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Lourdes and Kim for making my transition experience so amazing and thank you to the maintenance staff for doing an amazing job on getting the apartment ready for my move in!

They can’t fix tenis/basketball court since almost a year now and it’s closed. Bbq on the upper pool is broken since 4 months and nothing has been done yet. Lights are out on the property and it looks like nobody takes care of that. You’ll wait forever for the maintenance to come out and fix stuff because they are overwhelmed ( Cris is the best). The upper hot tub is always low on water so the water can’t be properly filtered, specially on the weekends( the pool guy comes every Monday). Management looks like they want to charge you for less and less service. Yes, you will get a rent increase, even if the market prices are going down. Not recommend this place, I’m moving out as soon as I can ( many other residents are moving out too).

Rosemade apartments are in a very safe location with a beautiful walkway and landscaping. The gym is extra large and Lourdes in management is really nice and professional. The layout isn’t my favorite, but overall, I’ve been happy with this place

I have been happy at rosemead apartments. I love having a garage which was a surprise for me when I came to look at the apartment. I love that there's inside stairs cuz I don't like outdoor stairs at all. It's quiet and people are respectful. When people are not which isn't is rare honestly I see that the office deals with it quickly. The maintenance usually respond quickly to things that need to be done. The office staff are great and the complex always looks nice and clean and well kept. The apartment is closed to everything you could need but yet it's still quiet. I would recommend living here.

Extremely unprofessional management. They shade you off if you have any complain. They do not enforce their noice policy. They ignore your calls when you need them. They ignore your emails when you need their service. You will not have Peace and you will not enjoy your stay at this complex.

Beautiful complex the grounds are kept up nicely the maintenance crew is amazing the office staff so professional pretty quiet complex security is great

I’ve lived at Olympus point for 2.5 years and felt and feel it’s the best complex in Roseville. The staff are always pleasant whether it’s the leasing agents or the maintenance staff. The grounds are kept immaculate as well. Can’t go wrong living here and a garage is a bonus that most apartments charge extra for!!!! ??

This is a beautiful place to live a lot of greenery the landscapers do a fantastic job keeping the grounds immaculate the girls at the front office are very professional and always polite. The maintenance crew responds pretty quickly to the work orders they work very very hard they get the work done in a timely manner always very kind and professional. Also the rent has not been raised at an enormous amount every year which has made it easy for us to stay residing here for those who are in a lower income bracket.. the most enjoy is listening to the birds every morning and the amenities are amazing.

Rosemeade has been the first community I’ve made my home in and I’ve really come to love how well it integrates into the surroundings being area. It really encourages you to go and explore the amenities - the pool, the tennis courts, and the nearby restaurants and park. It’s an enjoyable quality of living.
