They are working on the pool! Which is great, but it will open a month late. Disappointing. It has been reported that it will be open evenings and weekends, lastvyear it was only M-F 10 am to 6:00 pm. I'm hopeful.

we love it here at Rose Cove. The residence look out and help each other. the management is so nice and helpful. Donut Friday is fun and so nice.

My wife and I love it here at Rose Cove. It’s nice to have a little park with a playground nearby, that our grandchildren can play at when they visit. This is a great place to live.

My wife and I have lived here in Rose Cove for over three years. We have seen a lot of nice improvements. New paint on the interior and exterior. And new carpet in the hallways. We really love it here.

We've enjoyed it this far. We like being close to the walking trail and park. Neighbors have been kind. Noise level is not ideal but livable.

My wife and I have lived here in Rose Cove for almost three years. We appreciate the improvements that have been made. The exterior and the interior have been painted. And new carpet has been installed in all of the halls. We really love it here.

The apartment was clean and everything worked when we moved in. We have loved having the garbage service, it makes it so convient. Only downside, is our apartment is pretty noisy. We're right next to the elevator so hear it everytime it's used.

Highmark is improving the grounds, which looks nice. Residents still don't have access to the amenities nights and weekends. Very disappointing.

I have been living here for 5 years and 1 month my baby dog and I have been very happy living here I hope to be here for many more years I have had nothing but good experiences living here and have made a few good friends and never had any thing really gone wrong with my apartment and anything that has happened been minor but good people who have taken care of everything that has made it ok to continue to love living here

DeAnn was wonderful and so helpful with my move in process. My apartment was in perfect condition. I love how clean the facility is and how quiet my neighbors are. I'm so happy I chose to move here.

Saw the most amazing sunset outside my patio it was so beautiful ?? Valet trash pick up is amazing so glad I won't freeze this winter going out to the dumpster

We love it here at Rose Cove. We are close to shopping freeway entrance and exits. Recently we had some plumbing problems, and greg was so helpful in taking care of everything. This is really a great place.

Neighbors are good and I feel good about my apartment. It's been quiet. Floors are clean Nice feeling about my home. Only a year and a half living here and still dealing with paperwork from 2023 is a hassle as it wasn't done right to begin with. People need to be trained better in leasing when I arrived a year ago

Very secure and looking forward to living in a community where I can feel safe. The activities they have for everyone at the apartment are something I am looking forward to as well. Very kind management staff.

The pool wasn't open very much this summer, and when it was you could only swim 10:00 am to 6 :00 pm week days. The maintenance man Greg took pity on the residents and opened it on the weekends a few times. You don't have access to the gym either, only on weekdays 10 to 6, even though on the website it says 24 hours 7 days a week. The management staff is not friendly, except Deanne, the leasing agent. They are grumpy and act like the residents are an inconvenience. I live here because the rent is lower than most other apartments. It is still high for what you get. Farmington is beautiful and it's close to a lot of shopping and the city.

The pool wasn't open most of the summer. Very disappointing. You can't use another amenities on the weekends. This is my 5th summer here, the pool has never really been opened.

Hello everyone! I have been here going o 5 years and the experience has been wonderful. They are always faithful to keep the appearance of Rose Cove looking good in and outside. When you have a problem with your apartment, they're there to fix it promptly. You have the pool, the library the gym and sometimes social events, who could ask for more?

We have been at Rose Cove two years now and we love it here. Love the improvements they have made and love the way they take care of us. Looking forward to many more wonderful years ahead.

The pool is not open yet. Summer started 13 days ago. When it is open, the management is saying it will only be open 10:00 AM un til 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. No weekends. Very disappointing. We don't have access to the amenities when most people are home.

It seems like Highmark is trying to keep the grounds clean and taken care of. I am hopeful they will get, and keep the pool open. Something they haven't been able to accomplish the 4.5 years I have lived here. The rent is high for how dated the complex is. Fixtures and finishes are 22 years old.

My wife and I love it here at Rose Cove. The state is putting in a new freeway entrance and exit on Shepard lane. This will make it easier to travel back and forth from Salt Lake and Ogden.

If you are looking for amenities, just know the gym library and club house are only available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Very disappointing. Management has given no reason for thus change.

I really enjoy living here, I feel very comfortable and safe. I have a couple maintenance issues but they're being worked on, I'm sure they'll be finished soon. I made quick friends with two women here, they are amazing! I am happy here , I love the mountain views I like that it's quiet and has walking trails, love that it's a 55 plus community!

They are taking another resident perk/amenity away. I was on a waiting list for 18 months for covered parking. There is not a covered stall here for every apartment. I finally was given one. I've been parking there for 2 years. We, the residents, received a letter saying, no more assigned parking. Residents can park in any stall available. Very disappointing. This is a small community. An over 55 community. Some of the residents need parking closer to thier apartments due to health issues. As I said, very disappointing.

It was a chaotic and frustrating experience dealing with the previous management, but since they are gone, I'm so glad I continued with the move. New management is helpful and organized. My apartment is clean and bright. The area is full of beautiful walking/biking areas. The area feels safe. People are friendly. Being here is a joy.

We love it here at Rose Cove. It will be nice when the new painting of the office area, and the hallways are completed. We appreciate all that management and maintenance does for us.

It seems like they are trying to improve the complex. They are repainting the interior. Rent has been raised again. It's a non smoking complex, yet people are still smoking on thier balconies and patios.

We love it here at Rose Cove. It’s nice to be able to reserve the club house for our family Christmas party. And it’s always so nicely decorated with the different holiday themes. We appreciate all that management and maintenance does for us.

I love my neighbors. They make living at Rose Cove so enjoyable. There is always a friendly smile and hello when passing by. I plan to live here for as long as I can.

I'm impressed they have the pool clean and ready to use. Too bad it was in October. I'm hopeful that things are going to improve. They finally weeded all the flower beds, the grass is looking better. They are raising the rent about 70 to 100 dollars a month, when the apartments are dated and old, fixtures cabinets. Nothing has been improved. There is no manager on site, if you have a question or an issue, just don't.

In third year here & still have been unable to get my free storage place that is supposed to come with 1 bedroom units. Also in two prior years I was able to reserve the party room for a few hrs 1 night in December. The last manager we had said we can no longer reserve the party room? It appears the bingo people get to reserve it.

Very disappointing, the pool was closed 2 months of the summer. Upkeep of the property is very poor. When I asked the manager about the pool, he basically said if I didn't like his answer, I could move. Is it too much to ask that the amenities we are promised are available to us?

For the past several months the residents seem to have been running the show!! When there are problems, management has had a "not my problem attitude" and there are SOME residents that can get away with anything and everything, for their whole residency so far and all you hear is "there's nothing we can do". It's very frustrating that one person can reek repeated havoc, and continue to cause problems and nothing is done!!

Very cute apartment with very friendly and supportive neighbors! I really like it here! I’ve had neighbors deliver my packages to my door when they’ve been left outside the door. I do wish the intercom system was working. It’s crazy for family and others to have to call me on my phone (if they even try) and then walk down to accept a delivery or let others in. I have groceries delivered about twice a month and often end up having to carry them myself up the stairs. Kind of defeats the purpose of delivery, ya know?

I love my little apartment, I enjoy the people I have met so far. I like this community and it's closeness to areas of shopping. My beautician is close my insurance agent is close and it's easy to get around here

We love it here at Rose Cove. It’s a great location. It’s easy to connect to Hwy 89 or I-15. We are close to food stores and shopping centers, and restaurants.

I have lived here almost 4 years and my experience with my neighbors has been wonderful ?? They are helpful when you need them and wonderful to talk to when you need a listening ear.

We enjoy living here. Blake has been very helpful with any of our concerns. And Wayne has been wonderful in taking care of a water problem that we had. We appreciate all management does for us.

For the most part it’s been a pleasant experience to live here. I feel very safe, at home and comfortable within my apartment community and inside my own apartment. Everyone is friendly and usually considerate towards others. I have enjoyed my time here and hope to stay for a long time.
