Had new flooring put in to replace old worn carpet. Everything went great and everyone was very professional and helpful. It was done within a week of inquiry about new flooring.

All our neighbors have been very kind. Love the walking trail and park nearby. Very quiet and not busy neighborhood. The flowers have been beautiful as well

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I am so enjoying the Preserve Trail in the mornings and the pool in the afternoons. I love the view from my second floor apartment, especially the lovely tree right in front of all three windows. The rose garden is delightful. I appreciate the many doggie stations for bags and drop off. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Trash pick up every Monday and Thursday is a big help. The ease of deliveries right to my door is also most welcome.

We love it here. Our apt is just the right size for us, The staff is great, and we have made great friends with some of the people that live here.

The pool is open this year! And it's very nice. It did open 6 weeks late. That was disappointing. The lounge chairs and furniture need an upgrade. But overall, it's been great.

It's nice living here except 3 things. The hot tub is not hot and elderly people keep setting off the fire alarms and landscaping blows dirt on our cars rather than blow it towards the buildings or to the side

We had a very unprofessional encounter with the office staff that was very frustrating. Walls are very thin and can hear our upstairs neighbors TV at all hours of the night.

My wife and I have lived here at Rose Cove for almost four years. We love being close to a little park with a playground that our grandchildren can play at when they visit. We certainly love living here.

There are so many good things about living at Rose Cove. We appreciate the new exterior and interior paint. Also the new carpet in the hallways. We are very happy and hope to be here for a long time.

Everyone is very friendly! It’s peaceful and quiet all of the time. I like the calm environment. I’m excited the the new pool gate to be finished to enjoy 24/7 access.

Had recent maintenance requests that were handled promptly. Maintenance crew was friendly and efficient. Since the need has arisen, landscaping is done every week so property looks well kept.

They are working on the pool! Which is great, but it will open a month late. Disappointing. It has been reported that it will be open evenings and weekends, lastvyear it was only M-F 10 am to 6:00 pm. I'm hopeful.

The apartment was clean and everything worked when we moved in. We have loved having the garbage service, it makes it so convient. Only downside, is our apartment is pretty noisy. We're right next to the elevator so hear it everytime it's used.

Highmark is improving the grounds, which looks nice. Residents still don't have access to the amenities nights and weekends. Very disappointing.

I have been living here for 5 years and 1 month my baby dog and I have been very happy living here I hope to be here for many more years I have had nothing but good experiences living here and have made a few good friends and never had any thing really gone wrong with my apartment and anything that has happened been minor but good people who have taken care of everything that has made it ok to continue to love living here

We love it here at Rose Cove. We are close to shopping freeway entrance and exits. Recently we had some plumbing problems, and greg was so helpful in taking care of everything. This is really a great place.

Neighbors are good and I feel good about my apartment. It's been quiet. Floors are clean Nice feeling about my home. Only a year and a half living here and still dealing with paperwork from 2023 is a hassle as it wasn't done right to begin with. People need to be trained better in leasing when I arrived a year ago

Very secure and looking forward to living in a community where I can feel safe. The activities they have for everyone at the apartment are something I am looking forward to as well. Very kind management staff.

The pool wasn't open very much this summer, and when it was you could only swim 10:00 am to 6 :00 pm week days. The maintenance man Greg took pity on the residents and opened it on the weekends a few times. You don't have access to the gym either, only on weekdays 10 to 6, even though on the website it says 24 hours 7 days a week. The management staff is not friendly, except Deanne, the leasing agent. They are grumpy and act like the residents are an inconvenience. I live here because the rent is lower than most other apartments. It is still high for what you get. Farmington is beautiful and it's close to a lot of shopping and the city.

The pool wasn't open most of the summer. Very disappointing. You can't use another amenities on the weekends. This is my 5th summer here, the pool has never really been opened.

Hello everyone! I have been here going o 5 years and the experience has been wonderful. They are always faithful to keep the appearance of Rose Cove looking good in and outside. When you have a problem with your apartment, they're there to fix it promptly. You have the pool, the library the gym and sometimes social events, who could ask for more?

The pool is not open yet. Summer started 13 days ago. When it is open, the management is saying it will only be open 10:00 AM un til 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. No weekends. Very disappointing. We don't have access to the amenities when most people are home.

It seems like Highmark is trying to keep the grounds clean and taken care of. I am hopeful they will get, and keep the pool open. Something they haven't been able to accomplish the 4.5 years I have lived here. The rent is high for how dated the complex is. Fixtures and finishes are 22 years old.

My wife and I love it here at Rose Cove. The state is putting in a new freeway entrance and exit on Shepard lane. This will make it easier to travel back and forth from Salt Lake and Ogden.

If you are looking for amenities, just know the gym library and club house are only available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Very disappointing. Management has given no reason for thus change.

We love it here at Rose Cove. It’s very convenient to shopping and our doctors. They are also putting in a new freeway entrance and exit for the interstate. Things are getting better and better!

I really enjoy living here, I feel very comfortable and safe. I have a couple maintenance issues but they're being worked on, I'm sure they'll be finished soon. I made quick friends with two women here, they are amazing! I am happy here , I love the mountain views I like that it's quiet and has walking trails, love that it's a 55 plus community!

They are taking another resident perk/amenity away. I was on a waiting list for 18 months for covered parking. There is not a covered stall here for every apartment. I finally was given one. I've been parking there for 2 years. We, the residents, received a letter saying, no more assigned parking. Residents can park in any stall available. Very disappointing. This is a small community. An over 55 community. Some of the residents need parking closer to thier apartments due to health issues. As I said, very disappointing.

It was a chaotic and frustrating experience dealing with the previous management, but since they are gone, I'm so glad I continued with the move. New management is helpful and organized. My apartment is clean and bright. The area is full of beautiful walking/biking areas. The area feels safe. People are friendly. Being here is a joy.

We love it here at Rose Cove. It will be nice when the new painting of the office area, and the hallways are completed. We appreciate all that management and maintenance does for us.

It seems like they are trying to improve the complex. They are repainting the interior. Rent has been raised again. It's a non smoking complex, yet people are still smoking on thier balconies and patios.

We love it here at Rose Cove. It’s nice to be able to reserve the club house for our family Christmas party. And it’s always so nicely decorated with the different holiday themes. We appreciate all that management and maintenance does for us.
