Property Ratings at Rolling Ridge
Unprofessional, dishonest. After submitting an application in the Spring of 2021, the front office assured me that an apartment would be available in the timeframe I provided (no later than October). I was later given an approximate move-in time of mid-August. In the beginning of August, I was told it would actually be sometime in mid-September. In the beginning of September I was told it would actually be mid-October. I was losing patience but I was soon given a solid move-in date of 10/21/2021. The location was perfect for me, so I bailed on my other options and put all my eggs into the Rolling Ridge basket. As the date approached, I crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's. All that was left to do was sign the lease and put the utilities in my name. About three weeks prior to my scheduled move-in date they abruptly informed me that my independent contract work could not be included towards their income requirements (which were now $50k+) and therefore I did not qualify for the apartment. During several months of back and forth communication, not once was I told of any potential issue regarding my qualifications. The front office had access to my complete employment and income information from the outset. They reviewed it with me and my employers multiple times. They strung me along for months and then pulled the rug out from underneath me. The only silver lining to this fiasco is that I dodged the bullet of living underneath such inconsiderate and dishonest management.

We have lived in a few apartments in the area and these have been, by far the best apartments we have rented yet. Lots of room the 2 bedrooms are huge and the 1 bed is good sized. I love our landlord shes awesome. Maintenance is quick and effecient. One downside is in 1 bedroom aparment buildings share 1 washer and 1 dryer with 8 units. Otherwise its a great location near the airport.
