Not happy with this place at all! They keep shutting everbodys water without telling us. There stuff is broken and charge us more in our bill and it aint safe either. We fina get outa here soon. The staff is ok, but thats it.

Rolling hills is a great place to stay. It’s very quiet and comfortable. The ones in the leasing office is very friendly. Maintenance is always on the job when there is an issue. Very understandable. A great place to be.

STAY AWAY! Flea and black mold infested. Management refuses to pay to exterminate fleas though they are legally bound to do so. Black mold everywhere. Mailboxes all have broken doors so mail is constantly in danger of being stolen. It's nearly impossible to get anything fixed. It's a very unsafe community. Terrible terrible terrible.

I’ve lived here for approximately 2 years and my whole stay wasn’t worth it. Management sucks and maintenance takes forever! And when they do come they don’t respect your home, it gets me that they enter your home when they know you aren’t there. The apartments are nice and spacious but isn’t worth the stress. They don’t care about your safety here at all, they only want your money. Very unorganized management, I’d never recommend anyone coming here! Neighbors are rude and disturbing, residents don’t clean up after their pets i can go on.

I been calling the office since I moved out here about two months ago. Every time I call it’s an excuse or somebody coming to fix it. Nobody fixed anything I called about yet. I went to the office as well still nobody to come fix anything. Not to mention they gave me the run around about me moving in. But don’t owe them anything they will blow up your phone or email. Regret moving here.

We’ve put work orders in for months and have spoken to people at the main office about mold in our apartment and they haven’t done anything. This could lead to a lawsuit. This is black mold.

Maintenance was VERY helpful! They were able to get my unit a new washer/dryer when the old one broke! Maintenance was also quick to fix my water when it wouldn't heat up.

For $700 a month all your really getting is a walkin closet. Management is nice but not in touch.
