Property Ratings at Rocky Creek Apartments
Loved the apartment but they WILL rape you with FALSE charges when you go to leave!! They charged me for new carpet (i cleaned my carpet before i left with a stem cleaner), all new closet doors bc I had them remove them after I moved in so I could hang curtains instead ,(hate how the slider door always came off track so i prefer curtains) and they said they didn't have the doors and didnt know what i was talking about ??!! They charged me for days they had to fix up the apartment for the next tenants even!! The office stuff are SO rude when you try and talk to them and are never there when they are supposed to be so when id try to ho pay my rent id be waiting forever!! I loved the apartment but hated how they did me at the end!! I paid all my bills, been a clean person, have NEVER not gotten my my deposit back at any other place and I've lived at 4 other apartment complexs!! I was charged my full $1000 deposit puls another $2500!!! This apartment complex WILL screw you!! Don't do it!!! I didn't take pics so I decided to just pay it because my credit was worth it to me!!! Lesson learned!! If u decide to live here take pics and get respites for EVERYTHING!!!
This is one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. I've been renting apartments for almost a decade at this point, and this is hands down the best experience I've ever had when it comes to renting an apartment. The property managers are happy to answer questions anytime you have them, and will work with you to ensure that you have more than enough assistance when it comes to the more financial side of things. During such a tumultuous time in the lives of so many people currently, I feel extremely secure in my own space all thanks to the good people at Rocky Creek. Not only the managers, but also the neighbors. So many good people here, and I'm happy to be a part of the residence.
I have just signed my 2nd lease and I am happy here. Maintenance is quick to take care of any issues and they keep the place pretty clean. The office is not here, but we can do everything online so its not that big of a deal.

currently being charged with a little over $900 for carpet replacement becuase of 3 small thin stains left on my living room . "MANAGEMENT" girl said red stains dont come off so they had to replace the whole apartment carpet . plus $50 cabinet damage for leaving small pieces of tape on it. defiantly DONT recommend these apartments. security there is horrible , my car got broken into several times and my two neighbors cars got crashed into while they were parked. other then that amazing place to live??
I moved in a little over nine months ago and even had a friend move to one near mine because i loved it so mich. Everything was awesome until it started to warm up. .. break in after breakin!!! Cars and apartments. They busted my boyfriends locks in on his truck, broke into all the neighbors cars, and even messed my ignition up trying to steal my vehicle!! There is another lady that says she leaves her car unlocked with nothing in it so they dont bust her car up and they stole her battery. If they dont get security im moving!!

Thank you for choosing to live at Rocky Creek Apartments; unfortunately, crime is everywhere and no one can ensure your personal safety. For this reason, you, your roommates and visitors should always remain as aware as possible. Get to know your neighbors, and management team members. Be alert for strangers and always report suspicious activity to the police. Always lock your doors and windows whenever you are inside your home and whenever you leave. Always double-check to make sure all existing locks and latches are working and notify management immediately if these security devices are not working. Do not give others the impression that you are not home (notes on door, newspapers not picked up, etc.) Never leave valuables (purses, wallets, mobile phones and other devices) visible in your car and lock your car when unattended. If your car is constantly being broken into, or someone trying to steal it, I would suggest looking into calling the police, as it may be something personal. These issues you've stated, have not yet been reported to the rental office, and although we cannot control what others do, we can keep tract of issues, and time frames that it seems to be at the worse and have patrolling heavier during these hours.
i moved in rocky creek a week ago . they are super nice. in the back were i live its quite and people keep to themselves. i called in a work order and it was fixed that day . these apartments are worth the money you pay... i love it here .
