I am very impressed with how efficiently the team at this complex works. The office staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and maintenance responds promptly to address any issues. While the apartments are nice overall. Management is always nice and professional. The fees for using the clubhouse and guest parking are completely unacceptable.

There is no real maintenance crew so if you ever have a maintenance emergency outside of business hours, you have to deal with it yourself.

We moved in a few months ago and so far have really enjoyed living here. The front office staff are super friendly and made the move in process very easy. The amenities are very nice, the apartment was clean when we moved in. Dan has been super amazing! We really enjoy living here!

My moving experience was great. Management. Maintenance pleasant helpful.10 out of 10. Grounds are clean, nice and quiet neighborhood. Do recommend moving to Rockrimmon, will not regret.

Lots of space, mailroom is nice. Just be aware that I25 is very audible, a train comes by frequently, and airplanes are common at late bours.

Rockrimmon Apartments is a clean, modern, well-maintained complex. My company moved me here after my heart attack, and it turned out to be the ideal place to recover. I've recovered and I still live here, and am planning on renewing my lease at the end of my 3rd year..
