While the apartments are nice overall. Management is always nice and professional. The fees for using the clubhouse and guest parking are completely unacceptable.

There is no real maintenance crew so if you ever have a maintenance emergency outside of business hours, you have to deal with it yourself.

Lots of space, mailroom is nice. Just be aware that I25 is very audible, a train comes by frequently, and airplanes are common at late bours.

Rockrimmon Apartments is a clean, modern, well-maintained complex. My company moved me here after my heart attack, and it turned out to be the ideal place to recover. I've recovered and I still live here, and am planning on renewing my lease at the end of my 3rd year..

Rockrimmon has been a pleasure to reside at. The staff are very attentive and they strive to get to know all of the residents. They host occasional events, that aim to create a sense of community among the residents and staff. The apartment units are exceptionally layed-out, with the necessary appliances to make them feel homey.
