It’s a nice quiet area. I feel safe and comfortable here. The apartment has ample space. My unit needs a bit of an update but not bad at all. Definitely functional. And for the most part when submitting a work order maintenance comes within ample time.

Horrible grounds and parking. Also, I’ve never had an apartment complex come into the apartment for inspections or repair checks as much as they have. These are all just excuses. It seems once they get you in they don’t care about you anymore as long as you’re paying.

My move in was good. The area is great. Staff is nice. Maintenance is good and fixed everything in a timely manner. The area is nice with local stores, shops and easy access to the freeways. Everything is within 15 minutes.

The layout of the apartments is great! I like living within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Most issues here are with people not cleaning up after their pets and unsupervised kids destroying plants and the pool area. There's not much parking space so having guests is difficult. The walls are on the thin side so you can hear everything from the units around you.

I never thought we'd be in AZ for long. Job satisfaction, and a positive apartment experience at Rockledge Fairways we continue to renew our lease. Repair request are completed in a timely manner. Staff are helpful and listen to your concerns. This is an active community where staff provide opportunities to get to know them and your neighbors. This is a good place to live.

The apartment complex is nice and meets all of my needs, however when breaking the lease it is quite costly. I wish they would be more understanding when a lease needs to be broken as they obviously don’t have a problem obtaining residents as its a very nice property.

I have lived here since the end of 2023 and it’s been a really nice experience, i love the area and location of my apartment. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request or reached out to the office with questions, they have always gotten back to me so quickly. the only downside is the limited parking at night so we don’t have guests over very often but otherwise this has been a great couple of years living here :)

Very pretty apartments. The golf course being next door and the surrounding neighborhoods provide a calm living environment. There is not much grass, the parking is very limited, my apartment had multiple things broken upon move in, and the walls are thin enough to hear my neighbors alarm in the morning. It’s a decent place to live but the drawbacks are definitely there

I moved into Rockledge Fairways in Dec. 2024 the assistance from the office to accomplish finishing the lease was so very helpful but they also enjoyed providing excellent customer service, every time I’ve called for an answer to a question they are more than happy to give me the correct information. I love my apt. They maybe on the older side of things but… the rooms are so much larger than the newer ones, that was a big selling point for me, and the patio is larger than most so furniture fits with room to spare, in all I’ve enjoyed life here at Rockledge, it’s quite and has beautiful views.

The area is nice and well kept up and the maintenance and leasing staff are all friendly and attentive. The only complaint I have is that the water is getting shut off at least once a month due to a maintenance emergency. Not sure if it's old pipes or careless landscaping staff, could be any reason

A fairly quiet area, with a lot of shops near by, great schools in the are too. A lot of dog owners do not like to pick up after there dogs

I have been a resident at Rockledge since May 7, 2017 and privileged to say that I have received excellent service. The office staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. The maintenance department The maintenance department is courteous, efficient and prompt. The apartment has been upgraded with a new air condition, dishwasher, dryer, garbage disposal and microwave, The grounds are well kept, and recently upgraded. I have no complaints whatsoever. I am so grateful.

Staff is great, the couple that host the little events here are amazing. The only problem is when the property has vendors that come and do remodeling or fixing units the people who are hired for the job are parking in reserved spaces, its happened to me many times where im driving around and having to wait and find the people to move.

This is a nice place to live not alot of parking for visitors but the grounds are well kept and trash is locked up at least 3 times a week not alot of noise and traffic

I recently had the pleasure of living in Rockledge , and my experience has been largely positive. The location is fantastic, situated close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, making daily commutes convenient. The grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and ample green spaces. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, featuring updated appliances and plenty of natural light. Maintenance staff are prompt and friendly, addressing any issues quickly. The community amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are well-kept and provide great opportunities for relaxation and socializing. While the noise levels can be a bit high during weekends, overall, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The management team is responsive and professional, making the leasing process smooth. Overall we are very pleased. The leasing office has been fantastic to work with. The complex is very peaceful and well-kept. Noise is very minimal. Our only complaint was several broken items we felt should have been addressed prior to our arrival as they were blatantly obvious. But we are confident they will be corrected in short order. We're looking forward to our stay!

I love the space of apartment but the annoying thing is finding parking spots always full. Every apartment should have 2 spots it’s more convenient.

I like this Community, I feel safe, it's dog friendly. I enjoy walking my dog near the golf course. I enjoy the layout of my apartment. The landscape throughout the community is nicely done. The pool and gym are always kept clean.

First few weeks have been amazing so far! Had an issue with our oven upon move in and it was handled quick and smoothly! Maintenance and Leasing office is quick to respond!

When a service request is made the staff take care of in 2 days or less. My garbage disposal stopped working on New years eve. I'm a homeowner for 30 years and I know that sound when it is failing. I place the service request at 5:30 AM and went to work. My husband notified me the work had been completed at 6:30 AM. I want to give a shout to the service crew for resolving this quickly. I can live without many amenities, but a garbage disposal is not one of them. Moving to this apt with that amenity has been great!
