fantastic staff! always friendly and helpful. maintenance actually fixes things. gym and pool are nice. the only problem is lack of parking available.

It's a nice place to live. Located in a good area of town. Really like living here don't have any problems for thr most part. I would refer people to here if I had any friends to tell lol.

So happy to live at Rockledge fairways! Honestly a great community and the events are great. I’ve lived here for three years and never had a bad experience, great location.

I enjoy living here and have a beautiful view out back of the golf course and mountains, the community is very welcoming and friendly with people respecting each other, I find it a quite comforting place to live.

The layout of the apartments is great! I like living within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Most issues here are with people not cleaning up after their pets and unsupervised kids destroying plants and the pool area. There's not much parking space so having guests is difficult. The walls are on the thin side so you can hear everything from the units around you.

I never thought we'd be in AZ for long. Job satisfaction, and a positive apartment experience at Rockledge Fairways we continue to renew our lease. Repair request are completed in a timely manner. Staff are helpful and listen to your concerns. This is an active community where staff provide opportunities to get to know them and your neighbors. This is a good place to live.

Everyone at rockledge was very friendly. The move was super easy. Morgan was immensely helpful in walking us through every step. We love the community so far.

The apartment complex is nice and meets all of my needs, however when breaking the lease it is quite costly. I wish they would be more understanding when a lease needs to be broken as they obviously don’t have a problem obtaining residents as its a very nice property.

I have lived here since the end of 2023 and it’s been a really nice experience, i love the area and location of my apartment. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request or reached out to the office with questions, they have always gotten back to me so quickly. the only downside is the limited parking at night so we don’t have guests over very often but otherwise this has been a great couple of years living here :)

They application process was fast easy no complications. I would recommend anyone to this community. Updated everything love the bathrooms and updated appliances.

So far this has been the greatest experience as a new renter- the welcome gift basket was so sweet and it saved me when I unexpectedly had to sleep over before I got all my stuff here. I’m really excited to be apart of this community, it feels really positive and nice!!

Very pretty apartments. The golf course being next door and the surrounding neighborhoods provide a calm living environment. There is not much grass, the parking is very limited, my apartment had multiple things broken upon move in, and the walls are thin enough to hear my neighbors alarm in the morning. It’s a decent place to live but the drawbacks are definitely there

When going through the move-in process both ladies in the front office were amazing to work with. When it came to move-in day, everybody was super helpful and informative.

I moved into Rockledge Fairways in Dec. 2024 the assistance from the office to accomplish finishing the lease was so very helpful but they also enjoyed providing excellent customer service, every time I’ve called for an answer to a question they are more than happy to give me the correct information. I love my apt. They maybe on the older side of things but… the rooms are so much larger than the newer ones, that was a big selling point for me, and the patio is larger than most so furniture fits with room to spare, in all I’ve enjoyed life here at Rockledge, it’s quite and has beautiful views.

It has been great living at Rockledge this far. Thank you for the updates to the outside! Looks great! If possible would love to see a mini dog park to let dogs off leash for a bit!

Great place to live! Complex is super nice. People are good. Staff is helpful and chill. Good communication on ongoing things. Great amenities and regular community events.

The staff is excellent and the property is very nice! The process to rent was very easy and the staff responds quickly if I had any questions.

It’s been decent. Some issues with parking and neighbor has been noisy at times but overall been good. Maintenance is also very good about always tending to things

I’ve had an amazing experience living in this apartment complex. From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly and professional. They’re always quick to address any questions or concerns I have, making me feel truly valued as a resident. Whenever I’ve needed maintenance, the team has been on top of it—issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, with little disruption to my daily life. I truly appreciate how responsive they are to any requests, and it’s clear that they care about the quality of life for everyone who lives here.

The area is nice and well kept up and the maintenance and leasing staff are all friendly and attentive. The only complaint I have is that the water is getting shut off at least once a month due to a maintenance emergency. Not sure if it's old pipes or careless landscaping staff, could be any reason

A fairly quiet area, with a lot of shops near by, great schools in the are too. A lot of dog owners do not like to pick up after there dogs

We love the community and the people. The view from our apartment is amazing! The gym, the pool, and the playground are a great combination of fun!

An average apartment complex with a superior staff.

I have been a resident at Rockledge since May 7, 2017 and privileged to say that I have received excellent service. The office staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. The maintenance department The maintenance department is courteous, efficient and prompt. The apartment has been upgraded with a new air condition, dishwasher, dryer, garbage disposal and microwave, The grounds are well kept, and recently upgraded. I have no complaints whatsoever. I am so grateful.

It’s been a pleasure to be living in this community and the office staff are always very helpful and polite. The apartment is very spacious and the neighbors are very friendly.

Thanks to everyone for helping out on the move in date everything went smoothly and perfect. Very grateful for everyone in the office and thankful to have gotten my own place

Staff is great, the couple that host the little events here are amazing. The only problem is when the property has vendors that come and do remodeling or fixing units the people who are hired for the job are parking in reserved spaces, its happened to me many times where im driving around and having to wait and find the people to move.

I have had a nice time living here. The staff is friendly and they have made sure all my concerns have been addressed. I can say that I am wanting to be here now and in the future.

This is a nice place to live not alot of parking for visitors but the grounds are well kept and trash is locked up at least 3 times a week not alot of noise and traffic

I recently had the pleasure of living in Rockledge , and my experience has been largely positive. The location is fantastic, situated close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, making daily commutes convenient. The grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and ample green spaces. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, featuring updated appliances and plenty of natural light. Maintenance staff are prompt and friendly, addressing any issues quickly. The community amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are well-kept and provide great opportunities for relaxation and socializing. While the noise levels can be a bit high during weekends, overall, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The management team is responsive and professional, making the leasing process smooth. I would highly recommend Rockledge to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home. It’s a great value for the price!

Overall we are very pleased. The leasing office has been fantastic to work with. The complex is very peaceful and well-kept. Noise is very minimal. Our only complaint was several broken items we felt should have been addressed prior to our arrival as they were blatantly obvious. But we are confident they will be corrected in short order. We're looking forward to our stay!

I love the space of apartment but the annoying thing is finding parking spots always full. Every apartment should have 2 spots it’s more convenient.

It's been great love living here. Nice quiet area with a lot of fun things that are nearby. Will definitely like to renew as long as the rent increase. Hopefully, my rent will be lowered

The view of South Mountain is beautiful! Maintenance staff was efficient.

I like this Community, I feel safe, it's dog friendly. I enjoy walking my dog near the golf course. I enjoy the layout of my apartment. The landscape throughout the community is nicely done. The pool and gym are always kept clean.

First few weeks have been amazing so far! Had an issue with our oven upon move in and it was handled quick and smoothly! Maintenance and Leasing office is quick to respond!

When a service request is made the staff take care of in 2 days or less. My garbage disposal stopped working on New years eve. I'm a homeowner for 30 years and I know that sound when it is failing. I place the service request at 5:30 AM and went to work. My husband notified me the work had been completed at 6:30 AM. I want to give a shout to the service crew for resolving this quickly. I can live without many amenities, but a garbage disposal is not one of them. Moving to this apt with that amenity has been great!

I wish everyone would get 2 spot of parking instead of 1 and I would hope people would pick up there dog pooop and people wouldn’t drive so fast in the parking lot

All of my neighbors have been really welcoming! So glad to be joining this group! Guest parking is a bit limited on my side of the complex, but the kitchen is wondef

It was an Easy process. We had a Smooth move in. There were no issues moving in. We leased, signed, and were able to move in all the same day.

Hey! The leasing office is A , all the people working there was so friendly, understanding & helpful! I had a situation and they resolved it with ease! I am so grateful to have found this apartment and I am looking forward to living there!

Honestly just waiting to move into a different community/house. Landscapers constantly blow dirt and debris up onto patios, parking situation is horrible, trash areas are a mess and nothing is done to hold people responsible. Email “reminders” don’t seem to help. Install cameras in problem areas to keep residents accountable… trashy complex.

Affordable housing considering the area, maintenance responds fairly quick. I like how they have community events through the year, like egg hunts and paint nights.

I have nothing but a great experience at Rockledge! All the ladies in the front are nice and if anything needs to be fixed it is done almost immediately.

We have been here for years and we never had any issues...it's peaceful and quiet. The front office staff, maintenance staff are so friendly, polite and get the job done.

It’s been very great! Quiet and safe. Faculty is very communicative and friendly. The only thing is there’s always dog poop sound, unfortunately

very nice community, wish they never got rid of the hot tub. Doesnt make any sense why the hot tub would be removed from the pool area, i would’ve given a higher rating but it’s the winter and we got no hot tub :(
