Carbon Cliff is a village and suburb along Rock River, about 10 miles west of Moline. A great option for renters looking for a town with easy access to the Quad Cities (Bettendorf, Davenport, Rock Island, Moline, and East Moline), Carbon Cliff features very affordable townhomes and apartments available for rent.
