Andrea was very friendly and helpful. She made the process of signing the lease very easy and took the time to answer all of my questions. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are great. I scheduled an appointment to see a 2 bedroom apartment and when I got there (left work early), I was told that they do not have any apartments to show me but they could give me a brochure and reschedule me for about a month later. So I was not able to actually see an apartment. On top of that, the pool is very small and right behind the leasing office, like 10 steps away. So when you are at the pool, the leasing people and any new clients are looking straight at you. Not very relaxing.

I have lived in quite a few apartments, moving mostly due to work reasons and I had a great move-in experience, and have loved loving at Rock Creek. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend Rock Creek to be your next, new home if looking in the Charlotte area!

The location is great however there is a lot of noise coming from the other apartments due to the type of materials used on the construction of the buildings.

I've been here 9 years and enjoyed it immensely. The staff is very friendly and courteous and interested in serving your needs whatever it may be. The maintenance staff is very good, polite, and interested in solving and completing whatever issues you have with your apartment. I would recommend to anyone be looking for an apartment, to come here.

Rock Creek is an awesome gem in the heart of Ballantyne! The staff cares tremendously about the residents and their needs. There is never a problem with parking. The amenities are wonderful.

Rock Creek is the best bang for your money. Location is great, schools are great, and the community here is unmatched by the surrounding apartments.

Decent area of town to live in but the rent prices do not correspond to the quality of the apartments. Thin walls and ceilings that transmit everything from footsteps to coughing. Dealt with water damage to both living room and bathroom from water leaking in from outside and the apartment above. Smoke from neighbors cigarettes vented into apartment and almost weekly emails about residents leaving their trash and dog droppings lying around made living here not worth the price. There are far better places in south Charlotte that don't charge an arm and a leg just to be near shops and food.

Watch out pet owners!!!! This apartment community will charge you upon move out of you have any pets; stating there are carpet issues. My carpets were professionally cleaned, no stains or smells, and was still charged. Unable to challenge the apartment community as it's their word against mine at this point. WATCH OUT PET OWNERS!!!

These apartments are great. I downsized from a house but have plenty of room. Location is wonderful. Freeway is just minutes away. Can get to the airport and UNCC in less than a half hour. Office staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I have lived at Piper Staion now Rock Creek for 4 years. Great location, really nice neighbors.Many of them have lived here for 4 years. That speaks volumes for the complex. Common areas are kept up nicely. Large pool and the gym is open 24 hrs a day. If I have a maintenance issue is it handlledt promptly. I would recommend Rock Creek to anyone. It really is a great place to live!!

This apartment complex is in a very safe area and is located close to good food, shopping, etc. But I do have to say that it is a little bit expensive. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you. Parking near your building can be an issue after 8pm as well. I would recommend this place but it is not perfect.

Rock Creek at Ballantyne Commons is a great location for shopping and dinning with easy access to the freeway into Uptown Charlotte. You can even walk to shopping and dinning. The neighborhood is very active with manicured sidewalks and nearby trails. The grounds are kept up and the staff is great. The pool area has just been renovated to include a gym. You definitely get what you pay for and more.
