Rock Creek Apartments

The entire staff-Tina, Vicki, Carolyn, Jeremy, Mikayla, Angie, and Rachel(back in the day) were instrumental in making my apartment, my home for 18 years. Absolutely wonderful staff that always immediately addressed any issues and took the time to listen me. It's tough to move on, but time to buy a house. I'll REALLY miss Rock Creek!

Everybody from the the office ladies to the maintenance staff were awesome, friendly and willing to help with anything. The maintenance crew fixed all problems within 24 hours. I lived there for three years and it was always quiet, the people who lived around me were friendly and it's great access to the interstate as well as lakes and running trails. The pool opens earlier in the season then anywhere else and stastays open later. Best apartment experience ever.

I loved living here. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Easy access to the interstate and 370. Close to a lot, especially trails. Nice neighbors. Safe area. I’m currently looking to move back to the Omaha area and this place is number 1 on my list!

I have lived in numerous Apartments over the years. Rock Creek has been the best for me. Anytime anything is needed for my apartment they are quick to respond and fix whatever the problem is. I must have gotten lucky because my complex is super quiet. Sometimes I think I am the only one living here. The office staff is very friendly and willing to help. I also live 3 minutes from work which is another perk. I haven't tried the pool or workout room yet. I just signed up for my second year.

I have only lived here for 6 months but I love it so far. I have had some issues with my dishwasher but the maintenance people have always come out right away and made sure all of my concerns were taken care of. I have had to call twice for emergency maintenance and they have been there within 10 minutes. Nothing major was wrong so worries there. I plan on renewing my lease when it comes up. Love the location as I am close to all of my family and could keep my son in the his school. The staff in the office is amazing as well. Always so nice and respectful. Would definitely recommend it here.

The apts are great. Good location and the office staff is awesome to work with. The maintenance staff is available at any time and are wonderful! I recommend!

I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely can't wait to move when my lease is up. The first year I was relatively happy and had no problems with the staff or the apartment itself, so I renewed my lease. This past year, however, has been a living nightmare having been infested with bed bugs THREE times in 5 months. After each treatment, I was declared bed bug free upon the two week follow up inspections and yet I am deemed the one to keep re-introducing them. My significant other had a pest company come check his place and they said he does not have them and I don't believe my work place has them because my coworkers have said they don't have them. I have paid for every single treatment (close to $2000 total) since this is "an isolated incident". I have seen numerous other treatments being done at nearby buildings and I believe this is a property issue that the manager needs to own up to.. The ONLY thing this complex did right was hiring efficient maintenance staff. They are on the ball and get things fixed promptly. Other than that, the office staff are nice to your face but all they want is your money - they don't really care about you.

I love these apartments. My significant other and I moved here in 2014 and we have loved it ever since. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff is awesome- always on top of fixing the issue immediately. The apartments are very nice and clean, good location also. Definitely check these out.

I love Rock Creek Apartments!!!! This is my first ever apartment and I absolutely love it! I have no complainants. The lady's in the office are always so friendly and they are always available when I have any questions. The pool and sand court are very, very nice!! And all of my neighbors are very nice and quite. It is a very peaceful place for me and my cat to live!!! :) These apartments also have a lot of parking space and it is write across from Chalco and all of the Millard schools. I would recommend these apartments to anybody and the rent is very reasonable as well:)

Office staff are friendly and very helpful. Had two small issues when I moved in. One was fixed within an hour and the other was fixed the next morning. Maintenance is superb here. The apartments are well laid out and well maintained. The grounds are also well maintained. My only complaint - and it is a small one - is the plumbing is kind of loud. When the people above you turn on their shower or flush their toilet, the water pipes are really loud. However, you get used to it and it really isn't a big deal, just a little annoying. The community is friendly and you don't hear loud music, etc. Husker games are about the only time things might get a little loud. The rent for a one bedroom is a tad on the high side, but in the end it is well worth the money. If you want a quiet (for an apartment), well maintained and clean place, look at Rock Creek. Vann realty runs this place the way an apartment complex should be run.

I am a full time college student and full time employee, so I do not have a lot of time to worry about having a nice place to come home to. At Rock Creek, the staff has been incredibly helpful by offering suggestions on how to save money on my electricity bill, giving specific instructions on how to use the washers and dryers in the provided laundry facilities, and even providing a menu for a nearby Jimmy John's. In addition, upon moving in I found that there was an issue with one of my doors, so I let the staff know on the inspection worksheet and someone came by to fix it the next day. My commute to work and school is cut in half with the close proximity to the interstate, and the fact that it is across the street from a beautiful lake makes Rock Creek the perfect place for a first time renter like myself.

My family has lived here for several years and LOVE it!! The staff in the office are so kind and helpful. If there is a maitnance issue, they take care of it right away. My daughter loves the pool and playground. The school busses pick up and drop off at the clubhouse. Lots of families here so there are lots of kids for my daughter to play with. I love being next to chalco hills, bike trails, parks and fishing right across the street.

I have been living at Rock Creek for almost 2 years! The staff is friendly and eager to help out! The apartments are taken good care of and the area is quiet for the most part! The turkeys you see in the evening and mornings make it feel like you are in the country!!!

this apartment complex is nice little place has a park right across the street . what i like about this place staff is friendly and they have a community garden must apartments dont have this .

Rock Creek staff me members are very nice and help you out when needed. They work with your needs. The apartments are appealing for the price. We've lived here for about 4 years now and enjoy the space and cost.

Not only are the apartments nice but they have huge closets! The management staff is the BEST I've ever dealt with and the maintenance crew processes all requests same day!

I love living here. There are great people that work here and the other residents are very friendly. I have 3 kids and all the kids around here are fun and my kids love playing with them. I plan on staying here for awhile!!

Spacious floor plans, great quiet neighborhood with a great recreational lake area across the street. Apartment management is amazing, they know you by your name and are always on top of any requests I may have. I honestly have no desire to ever leave!!

I have lived at the rock creek apartment complex for 10 years now. The office staff is welcoming and very diligent in there duities. The handymen are respectful of your property and complete there task in timely and professional manner.

This complex is the perfect blend of town and country living. It is situated between a busy metro and a wildlife sanctuary. The common areas include a pool, gym, and clubhouse. The uncommon areas include a wooded area with a creek and space for your own garden. Everything inside and out is well maintained and beautiful.

The office staff was very polite and very informative and retuned a phone response in a very timely manor. However I needed a one bedroom apartment with a W/D hook up at a price similar to where I am at now. They were unable to do that. I will still consider them in the future.

Office staff are wonderful! Mainenence is a little slow but good.

They were very nice on the phone when I called to get information. The complex was very nice and clean.
