Newly updated, spacious laundry rooms and recently installed high-efficiency windows and other energy-saving improvements make for comfortable utilities. If you are looking for a quiet, well-maintained apartment with easy access to campus, downtown, and shopping, Rock Bridge Meadows Apartments is the place for you. Prices are $995 per apartment per month with water and sewer paid. Small pets* are negotiable, provided they are under 35-pounds, housebroken and fully grown (*Pets must be pre-approved by management; photos and vet records needed for verification of animal). A $350 non-refundable pet deposit is required plus $25/month pet fee in addition to rent.
