The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Rochester Commons at Cambridge Court
I have been living here for 3 years and this is the most unsatisfactory living environment I have been in. The complex is infested with rodents and I have contacted exterminators on numerous occasions and nothing has been done. The security doors are always being left open which is a danger to health and safety of my tenancy. Light fixtures have water dripping from them which is a fire hazard, mold has been growing in my bathroom due to unrepaired exhaust systems. I have rust growing in my fridge from inside out and all maintenance did was spraypaint. Too many concerns to count. I advise to not live here at all.
The location is very good and the people here are nice. I moved in 6 most ago no problems. Office is located in middle of place so you can always talk to someone.
Everything is pricey for no reason. They recently changed the price for the dryer then it’s $2 for 9 minutes WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE. MAINTENANCE TAKES TOO LONG TO FIX STUFF. Something always wrong. Bad service altogether ??????
I currently live here heating problem rodent mice issues )lazy rental owners .
