Property Ratings at Robinwood
Robinwood has been a nice place to live in since I’ve moved in but I would appreciate more communication when placing maintenance requests. I’ve had an issue with my shower since I moved in in October and I still haven’t had anyone come and look at it.
I have been a happy resident for 10 years! I love the community vibe Robinwood has. I love how everything I need is close by. Grocery store, dollar tree, goodwill and fast food, and Anoka-Ramsey CC all within walking distance. Awesome management! Never had a problem that wasn't fixed in a timely manner. Love this place! Obviously! 10 years!
Robinwood is located near several commercial areas, making it a very convenient place to live. It's also in a relatively peaceful location, and the residents are all pleasant and easy to get along with. It's definitely worth living here.
It is a fairly quiet community. The residents are friendly. The building and property is clean. It is a safe community.
Compared to where I came from which was George Town Robin Wood is peaceful and the staff here is very caring about their tenants. The staff tries hard and they are respectful. The caretaker here is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Robinwood is a great community that is near many stores and restaurants and is less than a half hour from Minneapolis. It’s a great place to live if you have to go to the Twin Cities on a weekly basis.
My experience has been smooth, quiet, helpful and efficient moving into Robinwood. I think for the age of the building and cost. You're getting what you would expect. I would recommend it as a viable option to just about anyone and remind them to carefully weight their options after touring :)
Love living here. It's quiet and peaceful. The people who live here are kind and helpful. The first day I moved in, a friendly neighbor offered me a chair. I had little furniture when I moved in and I thought the gesture was nice.
I feel unsafe in Robinwood. After being robbed management actual interrogated me as if I was as bad as the person who took my things. Disgusting place to live.
The community feeling at Robinwood Apartments is wonderful! the 4th of July Parade and Carnival and Fireworks being in Our backyard is Excellent! Never have to leave Robinwood grounds to see fireworks. You can see them from your balcony! Awesome Experience.

Robinwood is a great place to live that is very economically priced.
Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Jenni in the office is very knowledgeable and helpful and made the application/move-in process go smoothly.
There are three doors to the 10990 building and two of them have had broken locks since I moved in here two and a half months ago. They appear to have been broken deliberately. I have contacted management about this but nothing has been done yet. The building is not secure and, as minor maintenance has not been performed in my unit, I believe they do not even have a maintenance staff. There is a constant coming and going of people who go directly to the broken doors instead of buzzing in. Seems like there is a lot of questionable activity going on here. Management needs to step up to the plate.
I have been a resident of Robinwood Apartments for over 8 years. I love the Community. I love the Carnival and Fireworks that are just across the street on July 4th. So amazing!! The College is right across the street! What more could you ask for? Geri and Jenny are Awesome! The Maintenance, if needed, is done in a timely fashion and usually gets done on the first trip. The property and buildings are well maintained. Excellent place to live!
Management is great! Has taken care of every concern i've had.
If you want quality come to Robin Wood People really about their community.and. it shows.
I haven't lived here very long but I am happy to be a resident at Robinwood. Jenny in the rental office is always so helpful. It really is a community here the neighbors all look out for one another and step in to help when in need.
We moved in yesterday everyone was very nice. Jenny helped me with the whole application process which was amazing because this is my first apartment. It's clean and the view is great in this area and it's right around pretty much everything in the area. I like it here.
The property manager Jenny is great, she's helpful, always available and gets back to you right away if something is ever needed. The buildings are clean and well kept. It's a quiet community and the neighbors are respectful and look out for one another.
So far I love where I live. The management lady who works here is really friendly and helpful.

Studio layout is spacious w/ a large bathroom and plenty of storage space. Fair pricing in comparison to similar places in the area. Friendly and helpful staff.
The maintenance does not respond in a timely manner nor do they actually fix the problem. The hallways always smell like pot and sometimes creeps into my apartment. After a snow fall it took 3 days for them to get a plow to come, by then the snow was melting and they canceled the plow service. Overall I would not recommend these apartments.

Everything was great! Jeni was amazing to work with during the apartment search/leasing/move in process. I love my apartment! It looks like it was well cleaned, taken care of and in great shape!
I love this apartment and the kay out. Plenty of space open floor plan. Great neighborhood, love the pool and park for the kids!
Overall very friendly staff and seamless move in process. The only negatives I have are that the apartment needed some maintenance from the previous tenants which was not completed prior to my move in, there is a weird smell in hallways that bleeds into the apartment a little bit, and rent is pretty high.
The staff was very friendly and professional. I was moving from out of state, and everything was handled smoothly! Parking lot is well maintained and apartment was clean and in excellent condition!

Robinhood is excellent for college students. Quite at night for studying, large courtyard to play sports, convenient location.
