The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Robertson Avenue Flats
person close to me rented an apartment from this place and their experience has been a nightmare. I honestly feel that they took there kindness for a weakness through the rental process. First thing is lack of communication which is a very big problem. My friend was never able to actually get to see the inside of the unit until move in, My friend paid everything required to move in advance, which was a mistake because The day before move in date on the lease, my friend couldn’t get any response about making arrangements to get a key to the unit causing a delay in arranging a schedule to move in. It wasn’t until after 10 am on the move in date that they received info on how to get the key, only to learn that the apartment was never cleaned from the previous tenants. The apartment was nasty, unsanitary, unacceptable and should have been ready to be moved into. I honestly think they was hoping my people would not care about the mess of the apartment and move in with out complaints. My people doesn’t have a clue that I’m leaving this review because they are kind people but with that being said, I believe it’s the reason why they was treated this way. Please make sure that you inspect and do a walkthrough before any money is exchanged, I also encourage you to not pay in full until the day you sign the lease and receive a key to the unit, because as of now it’s very late in the day and they have yet to be able to move anything in due to the uncleanliness of the apartment. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!
Fantastic management and leasing agent - they were so easy and nice to work with! No issues whatsoever. We love living here and in this area!
