Rivue is really Beautiful. It is laid out nicely and isn't too big of a community. We LOVE our unit and it's very safe and quiet . It's our Sanctuary and we have awesome views . Rivue Apartment Homes is overall worth coming to check out and consider as your next residence. It offers several floor plans and we enjoy its a smaller complex. Parking for our guests has never been problematic but didn't like the aggressiveness of tow company.. Our location is awesome , we can see out to the ocean and the lights from T.J .and surrounding towns near us really make this place special. Our guests most frequent feedback is how quiet and peaceful it is here .We tend to agree.

I have been in Rivue for almost 3 years now. Overall, I recommend the apartment complex for a relatively quiet area to live in. I haven't really had TOO many complaints. I take care of my space and don't really mingle too much with the neighborhood, so it's pretty peaceful for me. There have been a few cases of theft and vandalism on my front door, but nothing too extreme. I just wish security features were better. Rivue is walkable from a lot of things like retail shops, restaurants, and the Otay Ranch outdoor mall. I don't have kids but there are a lot of parks where kids can play. There are a few trails if you like walking. The units are modern style with built in appliances including washer & dryer.

Not worth it for the price. The apartments are cheaply built. I saw mice and a snake in the balcony, I lived next to the hill area. They will not return your deposit when you leave, even if you clean and maintained it the way it was. Prices increase every year.

Moved in 1 1/2 ago thinking it was safe inside the apartments and before we moved in thought they did a inspection of all appliances! Come to find out after the years of feeling sick, tired with headaches since we moved in, the whole time we have we had a gas leak from the stove!! Which Is very hazards to health in the long run! Mind you the gas leak is from the back of the stove so it was nothing we did wrong but trust the leasing company that they did a inspection before we moved in!! Not sure if I should get lawyer for health issues....

Since I moved here my life has become happier it’s so nice here and the staff is so welcoming and friendly it has all the emeneties a place could ask for and O love the big field so my dog Dior can run and play
The management is terrible they accidentally rented us the wrong apartment so last minute we had to switch. My car got towed after they implemented the pass parking even though I had a pass for being abandoned even tho it got towed 3 hours after I parked. There is never anyone in the leasing office after 5 even though they’re open it says open but the door is locked and the woman that’s usually doing leasing is walking around with her child. And during mvoe out they sent someone to clean and clear it out before my move out date and assumed I just wasn’t turning in the keys because they mixed me and and another tenant up. The gym and pool are also dirty and have trash laying around often
Rivue is a quiet and safe place to live. The rent is competitive, yet affordable for the number of amenities that are offered. It is a great place to live for a working professional who needs quiet at the end of a long work day.

It depends, most people don?t want to spend $2,300 for a 1 bed apartment that doesn?t come with a garage and you have to fight for a decent parking spot near the home
Too noisy. People always making noise at late hours. Would only recommend to people with no kids
The rent to amenities ratio is not ideal. The location is ideal, but for the gym has broken equipment. We pay extra for trash and at one point the trash was overflowing in all bins.
I would recommend it if the community was more maintained and if the staff were more personable. I don't even know any of the staff and the email newsletters we get are very hard to read, the text is blurry. I hate to leave reviews like these but it's hard to enjoy living here, when standards are not where they were.
The apartments have a great layout. Great appliances. Does not feel cramped. It would have been great if they had elevators.
For the amount I pay, I expect a perfect apartment with no issues. And the fact that they are increasing the rent 3-500/month is ridiculous.
It show you have all these wonderful amenities and most of the time they do not work.

The Rivue community is beautiful but the leasing office staff is not as friendly and apartment units are too pricey.
My unit is fairly quiet and it' a nice enough complex. I do feel like it' a little expensive for the square footage in comparison to a slightly nicer complex up the street. The parking is the main reason I would not recommend
I would cautiously recommend. The inside of apartment is great, the outside needs work. If family or a friend asked I would tell them make sure to have parking included in lease, be prepared for noise from the pool area, dogs barking all day, stinky stairwells, messy dumpster area, and dog poop everywhere.
parking is tough if you don't have a garage, people park in walk spaces marked no parking in front of entry way making it hard to enter at times (especially if you have kids). People with pets don't pick up their poop even if bags are in front of them, so that's frustrating (can't control people actions, I get it, but still frustrating). Walls are thin and can hear lots of things on the top floor of us. Besides that location is great and schools around us are great as well.
