Outstanding location outstanding maintenance team close to the beach close to main roads close to downtown, easy drive to the airport of course it depends on when you leave no matter where you live, but this neighborhood is outstanding and the office is very easy to work with.

Management team has failed to communicate with us on any important dates, and have actually lied to our faces and in email that they will notify us a reminder to submit a move out notice. Never once have we received this, nor get any good communication back from the team in helps regarding us moving out on time. If management messed up notifying us, how is it on us to notify them of our move out? It is a 12-month term lease, THAT IS IT. It should be illegal to not notify renters of a reminder, to just have them stuck paying longer than the 12-month lease they signed.

the management team here had been beyond useless. we have been stuck in a 12 month lease longer than we SIGNED for because management failed to uphold their words and notify us when we needed to submit a 60 day notice.

Perfect location to the beach and 17 downtown as well as two main highways. Fantastic park across the street super walking areas and super safe. I've been here a while and enjoy it very much.

Perfect place to live in Mt P...Seaside Farms park, Beach, 17 north & south. Easy peasy to the airport & downtown...the stores here are wonderfully chosen, NO need to leave the property, just walk down the street for lunch, dinner, wine, workout, ice cream...you'll like it here for sure!!

Absolute fantastic location, shopping restaurants walking distance the beach is about a mile and a half East downtown is 10 to 15 minutes away a mile to 17 North or South if you want to go to Georgetown or Myrtle Beach. Couple of golf clubs in the neighborhood Seaside Farms has a remarkable walk on the side of Lakes... and yes it is a community and stuff happens but the office staff as maintenance staff are right on top of it.

Riviera is in the perfect location, close to the beach and walking distance from anything you could need. I love that the apartment we are in has high ceilings, large windows and a lot of natural light. Whenever we have an issue, maintenance is very quick to arrive and solve the problem.

Great Location. Over priced. This is not luxury living. Dirty elevators and interior halls. A pool that has been unusable since January 2022. A small workout facility. A great maintenance team though. High turn over of staff.

I definitely feel it's the best location right over the IOP to the beach 17 North and South downtown Belle Hall shopping dining couple of nice private Lakes to stroll around take a nice walk.

This community is the worst community I have lived at in my 22 years of adult life. It is over-hyped, ridiculously over-priced, rundown, disgusting, and management could care less about residents. There is mold, maintenance problems, and staff issues. I highly recommend you keep driving by and don't give them the time of day when searching for a place to live.

This is the worst experience and living conditions I have ever experienced in my entire life, yet the most expensive accommodations I have ever had to pay for. The maintenance staff is horrible, the management is rude and unprofessional, and instead of trying to solve problems, they ignore them and give excuses.

Coming from NYC the Riviera was the perfect transitionary place for my family. We love the area and the community here, lots of places to eat and shop. Also, the staff is wonderful.

Perfect location, Super staff, You're just missing out on a gr8 location. Sure stuff happens but the staff is fantasticly responsive AND it's right over the connector from the beach...yay...lol

We have had a wonderful experience living at the Riviera. The overall community is peaceful, quiet and private. It feels safe enough that if you leave your home for a short amount of time and somehow forget to lock your door, you are not immediately panicked. Great amenities. Steps away from everything you need (grocery, shops, restaurants, etc.). Very comforting.

I love living here at Rivera ! The staff is very friendly and responds in a timely manner . They truly are respectful of any needs . I havent living in a place where they truly care about their residents and their time . My dog and I are very happy to live at Rivera it is so convenient.

I loved living at the riviera at seaside apartments. The location doesnt get much better. Just walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Walk to target or Harris teeter. Everything you need right at your finger tips! The best of all is the beach that is minutes away! The community at riviera is unmatched!

Moving from out of state can be a stressful process, but the management team at Riviera made finding a home very easy and stress free. Their great communication and willingness to answer any of my questions made me feel really comfortable with the idea of living here. Since Ive moved in I have nothing but good things to say - having a comfortable place to live in a nice community definitely makes the adjustment to a new city a lot easier!
