The Elkridge Hanover neighborhood consists of two unincorporated communities, Elkridge and Hanover. Elkridge is one of the oldest settlements in Howard County, dating back to 1734. This beautiful community features several historic sites, including Troy, which dates back to 1694, when John Dorsey moved to the property. Property Ratings at RiverWatch Apartments
After speaking with a leasing agent, they informed me that this pricing is only available to some people who qualify for the affordable rate. Additionally, she said there is a 1-2 year waitlist. Not sure why this is advertised if that is the case.
Very hard to find a living space with an added garage. The community is great and very welcoming! You can only control what goes on in your own home & I love the amenities that come with the townhome. I appreciate the staff at the rental office & of course The Habitat for Humanity.
lots of bugs that get into the house even without opening the windows or doors. how do they get in? it still remains a mystery. old appliances for what they charge as rent, the people in the leasing office are never ever pick up their phone and never there on the weekends
